Claims (34)

出口チャネルとを備える、液体分配装置。 - 液体吸引動作の際、流体はボトルから前記ピストンチャンバー内へ引き込まれ、加圧動作の際、前記流体は前記ピストンチャンバーから前記圧力チャンバーへ向かって及び前記出口弁へ向かって押圧される、請求項1に記載の液体分配装置。
- 噴霧動作において、前記チャネル内の圧力が最低限値に達した際、前記流体が前記出口チャネルから噴霧される、請求項2に記載の液体分配装置。

前記液体を前記出口チャネルから噴霧する際、空気がこの空間に入り、前記内容器の収縮を引き起こす、装置から液体を分配する方法。 - 液体を外容器に覆われた内容器内に配置し、
圧力チャンバーを前記内容器内に設け、前記圧力チャンバーは出口弁によって出口チャネルから分離されており、前記出口弁は通常閉位置にあり、
前記液体が前記出口弁を開くのに十分な最低限の圧力以上の圧力になるまで、前記内容器から液体を引き込み、前記液体を加圧下で前記圧力チャンバーに圧送する、装置から液体を分配する方法であって、
前記内容器の外面と前記外容器の内面の間の空間は大気に開放されており、
前記液体が前記出口チャネルから噴霧される際、空気がその空間に入り、前記内容器の収縮を引き起こす、装置から液体を分配する方法。 - 前記液体はハンドポンプによって前記圧力チャンバーに供給される、請求項11及び請求項12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記圧力チャンバーはバネ仕掛けであり、前記圧力チャンバー内に圧送された液体が前記バネを押圧し、前記バネにエネルギーを蓄積する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 噴霧動作の間、前記チャネル内の圧力が前記最低限の圧力値未満に低下した場合、前記出口弁は閉じる、請求項3に記載の液体分配装置。
- 圧力チャンバーを内容器内に設け、前記内容器は外容器に覆われ、
前記圧力チャンバーと出口弁との間に出口チャネルを設け、
様々な解除及び圧縮行程を通じてピストンチャンバー内のピストンを可動することにより、前記出口チャネル内の液体を特定最低限の圧力より大きく加圧し、
前記出口チャネル内の前記液体が前記出口弁の開放圧力よりも大きく加圧されると、前記出口弁を開き、前記液体を噴霧する、液体を噴霧する方法。 - 前記内容器と前記外容器の間に置換媒体が供給される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記置換媒体は空気であり、前記内容器の外面と前記外容器の内面との間の空間は大気に開放されている、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンチャンバーの体積は、連続的な噴霧が可能であるように、(i)前記圧力チャンバーの体積よりも大きい、(ii)前記圧力チャンバーの体積よりも小さい、のうちの1つである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンチャンバーの体積は、前記圧力チャンバーの体積よりも1.5から3倍大きい、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 圧力チャンバーを内容器内に設け、前記内容器は外容器に覆われ、
前記圧力チャンバーと出口弁との間に出口チャネルを設け、前記出口弁は出口弁ロックによって閉じる方向に付勢されており、
様々な解放及び圧縮行程を通じてピストンチャンバー内のピストンを可動することにより、前記出口チャネル及び前記圧力チャンバー内の液体を特定最低限の圧力よりも大きく加圧し、
前記出口弁を開放できるように、前記出口弁ロックを手動で解除し、
前記出口チャネル内の前記液体が前記出口弁の開放圧力よりも大きく加圧されると、前記液体を噴霧する、液体を噴霧する方法。 - 前記内容器と前記外容器の間に置換媒体が供給される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記置換媒体は空気であり、前記内容器の外面と前記外容器の内面の間の空間は大気に開放されている、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンチャンバーの体積は、所定時間持続する噴霧が可能であるように、前記圧力チャンバーの体積よりも小さい、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンチャンバーの体積は、前記圧力チャンバーの体積の2-5倍小さい、請求項19に記載の方法。

- 噴霧動作において、前記チャネル内の圧力が最低限値に達した際、前記流体は前記出口チャネルから噴霧される、請求項28に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記圧力バネは前記圧力チャンバー内のいずれの液体にも接触しないように密封する手段によって分離されている、請求項1に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記圧力バネは、前記圧力チャンバー又は前記ボトルのいずれかに、いずれの液体も接触させないように、密封手段によって分離されている、請求項2に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記弾性力は弾性手段により付与され、密封手段によって前記ブラダーは前記弾性手段から分離されている、請求項26に記載の液体分配措置。
- 前記弾性力は弾性手段によって付与され、前記弾性手段は、前記ブラダー又は前記ボトルのいずれかに、いずれの液体も接触させないように、シールにより分離されている、請求項27に記載の液体分配装置。
