Claims (12)
- 発光領域、および前記発光領域の縁部に沿って非発光領域が定義される複数の画素領域を含む基板と、
前記基板の上部に位置し、前記発光領域に対応し、所定の間隔だけ離隔して位置する複数の散乱部と、
前記散乱部の上部に位置して、前記複数の散乱部に対応し、前記散乱部に向かって突出した複数の凹部を含む第1オーバーコート層と、
前記画素領域毎に、前記第1オーバーコート層の上部に位置する第1電極と、
前記第1電極の上部に順次位置する有機発光層および第2電極と、
を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記複数の散乱部のそれぞれは、エアホールを含み、
前記エアホールは、前記第1オーバーコート層の下部に位置する第2オーバーコート層に設けられる、
請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1オーバーコート層と前記第2オーバーコート層の間には、透明電極が位置し、前記透明電極は、前記エアホールにそれぞれ対応して位置するホールを含む、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 互いに対応する前記エアホールおよび前記ホールの中心点は、前記凹部の頂点に対応して位置する、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透明電極は、酸化インジウムスズ(Indium Tin Oxide:ITO)、または酸化インジウム亜鉛(Indium Zinc Oxide:IZO)を含む金属酸化物からなる、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の散乱部のそれぞれは、散乱粒子を有する散乱パターンを含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2オーバーコート層は、前記複数の凹部と交互に位置する凸部を含み、その表面がマイクロレンズを構成する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記散乱部の幅は、対応する前記凹部の最大幅より小さく形成される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素領域は、前記複数の散乱部と前記基板の間に位置する波長変換層を有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素領域毎に、駆動薄膜トランジスタが設けられる、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 互いに対応する前記エアホールと前記ホールは、同じ幅を有する、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極、前記有機発光層、および前記第2電極は、前記オーバーコート層の表面形状に対応する形状を有する、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
