Description

The present invention relates to a box container in which a container sealed with an adhesive tape is provided with a structure that can be easily peeled off.

Conventionally, as a method for opening containers sealed with adhesive tape easily and quickly, a perforated cut is made in the container side wall at the end of the adhesive tape, and a part of the container side wall is separated and peeled off together with the adhesive tape. There is a method, but the container may be damaged and cannot be reused.

The applicant proposed a pull flap as a method of pulling and peeling in Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-83484.

Conventionally, tools such as cutters have been used as a method for opening containers sealed with adhesive tape. However, when the contents and container are damaged and reused, it takes time to remove the remaining adhesive tape attached to the container. It took.

Therefore, the present invention is configured as a means for solving the above problems, as a method of opening a container sealed with an adhesive tape, in a space including a portion bonded to the container at the end of the adhesive tape, By providing a push flap with an arch-shaped notch with a pressing part in the direction of the adhesive tape starting from the end of the adhesive tape, the push flap is indented by pressing the holding part toward the inside of the container with fingers. By doing so, an adhesive tape peeling opening can be obtained.

According to the present invention, by providing the push flap PF with the cut portion C in the adhesive tape direction from the adhesive tape end TE, the arch-shaped cut portion C is provided on the side wall or the lid portion of the container. When the presser part PP in the push flap PF is pressed with a finger F, the adhesive tape is peeled off, and the adhesive tape peeling opening TO can be lifted up and opened easily and quickly.

The push flap PF can hold the pressing part PP with the finger F and indent into the container, and the adhesive tape T can be peeled and opened. However, the push flap PF is elastic even if it is inserted multiple times. Since the upright posture can be maintained and the strength of the container can be maintained, it can be reused multiple times.

By providing push flaps PF above and below the narrow side wall SS2 of the container, the upper and lower adhesive tapes T can be peeled off and the container can be folded and laminated, so that the storage space can be reduced.

In the case of a molded container composed of a main part B and a cover lid OC made of plastic as a raw material, the adhesive tape T can be easily and quickly peeled off by providing the push flap PF on the lid.
