Abstract
Description
(実施例1〜5および比較例1〜2)
窒化珪素粉末として平均粒径が1μmのα型窒化珪素粉末を用意した。次に、焼結助剤粉末として表1に示す化合物を用意した。
実施例3の接合ツール部材に対し、表5に示した表面粗さとなるように表面研磨加工を実施した。表面粗さの測定方法は実施例3と同じである。

Claims (7)
- 窒化珪素焼結体から成る摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材であって、窒化珪素焼結体は窒化珪素以外の添加成分を15質量%以下含有すると共に、添加成分はY、Al、Mg、Si、Ti、Hf、Mo、Cから選ばれる元素を3種以上具備し、
前記窒化珪素焼結体は、土台部と、前記土台部の表面にショルダー部を有するように前記土台部の表面に設けられる突起部とを備え、
前記ショルダー部の表面粗さRaが10μm以下、最大断面高さRtが60μm以下、
である、窒化珪素焼結体製摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材。 - 前記添加成分の含有量が3質量%以上12.5質量%以下である、請求項1記載の窒化珪素焼結体製摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材。
- 前記添加成分はY、Al、Mg、Si、Ti、Hf、Mo、Cから選ばれる元素を4種以上具備する、請求項1ないし請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の窒化珪素焼結体製摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材。
- 前記窒化珪素焼結体の破壊靭性値が6.5MPa・m1/2以上である、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の窒化珪素焼結体製摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材。
- 前記ショルダー部の表面粗さRaが0.06〜10μmの範囲内である、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の窒化珪素焼結体製摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材。
- 前記ショルダー部の最大断面高さRtが2.9〜35μmの範囲内である、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の窒化珪素焼結体製摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の窒化珪素焼結体製摩擦攪拌接合用接合ツール部材を使用した、摩擦攪拌接合装置。
