Abstract

Claims (11)
- サンプルホルダであって:
表面に1つの窪みを有するスライドと;
カバースリップであって、前記窪みをまたいで前記スライドに取り付けられてサンプル室を画定し、一方で前記窪みの充填エリアをカバーせずに残し、それにより前記充填エリアに置かれた液体サンプルが、毛細管作用により前記サンプル室に引き込まれる、カバースリップと;
を有することを特徴とする、サンプルホルダ。 - 前記スライドは、前記カバースリップを前記スライドに取り付けるための接着剤を挿入するための少なくとも1つの第1の溝と、前記少なくとも1つの第1の溝からあふれ出た接着剤がサンプル室に流入するのを防止するため、前記少なくとも1つの第1の溝と前記窪みの間に配置される、少なくとも1つの第2の溝と、を画定するように成型される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンプルホルダ。
- 前記窪みは前記スライドの中に成型される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンプルホルダ。
- 前記窪みを画定し、そして前記カバースリップを前記スライドに取り付けるため、前記スライドの表面上に配置される両面接着剤の層を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンプルホルダ。
- 前記スライドは携帯計算装置の上に取り付けられる光アダプタ装置内に挿入されるように構成され、前記携帯計算装置は前記液体サンプルの画像を獲得するように構成されるカメラモジュールを備え、そして前記サンプル室は既定の体積の前記液体サンプルを前記カメラモジュールの視野に位置決めするように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンプルホルダ。
- 試験の方法であって:
精液を含むサンプルのビデオ画像の配列を獲得するステップと;
前記サンプルの運動精子濃度を計算し出力するために、前記ビデオ画像の配列をプロセッサにより分析するステップと;
を有することを特徴とする試験の方法。 - -前記ビデオ画像の配列はスマートフォンのカメラモジュールにより獲得され、前記ビデオ画像の配列を分析する前記ステップは、前記スマートフォンの前記プロセッサ上で実行されるアプリケーションソフトウェアを使用して、前記獲得されたビデオ画像を処理するステップを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ビデオ画像の配列を分析する前記ステップは、前記画像内に対象領域(ROI)を選択するステップと、そして前記ROI内の精子細胞を検知するステップと有し、ここで前記ROIを選択するステップは、前記画像内の画素における諧調変化の勾配を計算するステップと、そして最大勾配値の領域をROIとして選択するステップとを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ビデオ画像の配列を分析する前記ステップは、前記配列の第1の画像内の画素のブロブのそれぞれの位置を精子細胞として識別するステップと、前記第1の画像に続く第2の画像内の前記ブロブのそれぞれの位置を、前記第1の画像内の前記それぞれの位置と比較することにより、前記精子の移動を検知するステップとを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記精子の移動を検知する前記ステップは、前記配列のそれぞれの前記画像内で前の画像と比較して移動した前記ブロブの数をカウントするステップと、運動精子濃度を前記移動したブロブ数の関数として前記配列の全ての前記画像にわたって計算するステップとを有し、ここで前記運動精子濃度は、前記プロセッサにより分析される前記サンプルの1つの領域内の前記精液の体積により基準化される、前記配列のそれぞれの前記画像内で移動した前記ブロブ数の中央値に等しい、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 試験装置であって:
精液を含むサンプルのビデオ画像の配列を獲得するように構成されるカメラモジュールと;
前記サンプルの運動精子濃度を計算し出力するため、前記ビデオ画像の配列を分析するように構成されるプロセッサと;
を有することを特徴とする試験装置。
