Then, a higher alcohol having 12 to 24 carbon atoms [component (B)] containing behenyl alcohol in a specific ratio is blended in a specific amount in a relatively small amount as compared with the conventional cream, and the cream dosage form is maintained. A matte film feeling as if a film having low adhesiveness was formed on the subsequent skin can be appropriately obtained, and stickiness after application due to the blending of the component (A) can be suppressed.

  Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these examples. In addition, the compounding amount described in the table is the compounding amount of each component (that is, the compounding amount of the active ingredient in each raw material, so-called pure content), and is represented by “mass%” unless otherwise specified.

(Evaluation)
About each skin cream obtained by the Example and the comparative example, 0.45g of cream was taken in the palm, and it applied so that it might penetrate into both hands for 1 minute, and the following evaluation items were evaluated. The evaluation results are shown in the table.

(1) Sensation to adjust to skin The disappearance of luster during application was evaluated and judged according to the following criteria. It should be noted that luster refers to the feeling of sliding up when the application part is touched with a palm.

◎ (excellent): The luster disappears during application, and it cannot be felt.
○ (Good): The luster disappears during application, but remains a little.
X (defect): Luster does not disappear during application.

(2) No stickiness The presence or absence of stickiness after application was evaluated and judged according to the following criteria. Stickiness refers to the feeling that the agent remains on the surface of the skin, and the remaining agent feels like sticking to the palm.

A (Excellent): No stickiness is felt after application.
○ (Good): Stickiness is slightly felt after application.
X (defect): Stickiness is clearly felt after application.

(3) Emollient feeling The presence or absence of the emollient feeling after application was evaluated and judged according to the following criteria. In addition, emollient feeling means the feeling which feels that the application part was covered with the oil film by apply | coating an agent.

◎ (Excellent): Emollient feeling after application.
○ (Good): Emollient feeling is felt after application, but less than ◎.
X (defect): Emollient feeling is not felt after application.

  The skin cream of the present invention (Examples) was evaluated to be excellent in the feeling of conforming to the skin at the time of application, and excellent in emollient feeling and stickiness suppression after application. On the other hand, when no behenyl alcohol is contained (Comparative Example 1), when the content of behenyl alcohol in the component (B) is small (Comparative Example 2), and when the component (B) is only behenyl alcohol (Comparative Example 3). The stickiness after application was evaluated to be poor. Moreover, when not containing a component (A) (comparative example 4), it was evaluated that the feeling which adjusts to the skin at the time of application | coating and the inhibitory property of the stickiness after application | coating were inferior. Moreover, when content of a component (A) was excess (comparative example 4), it was evaluated that the stickiness suppression property after application | coating was inferior.
