Claims (3)
- 自走が可能な車体と、前記車体に設けられたエンジンと、前記エンジンからの排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置とを有し、
前記排気ガス浄化装置は、
前記エンジンの排気管に接続され前記排気ガス中の窒素酸化物を除去する尿素選択還元触媒と、
還元剤である尿素水を前記尿素選択還元触媒の上流側に噴射する尿素水噴射弁と、
前記尿素水噴射弁に供給される尿素水を貯える尿素水タンクと、
前記尿素水タンクと前記尿素水噴射弁との間を接続する尿素水管路と、
前記尿素水管路の途中に設けられ前記尿素水タンクから前記尿素水噴射弁に向けて尿素水を供給する尿素水供給装置と、
前記尿素水管路の途中で前記尿素水タンクと前記尿素水供給装置との間に設けられ前記尿素水に混入した異物を捕捉する尿素水フィルタとを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記車体には、前記尿素水供給装置を取付けるためのブラケットが取付けられ、
前記ブラケットには、前記尿素水供給装置を覆うカバーが取付けられ、
前記尿素水フィルタは、前記カバーに取付けられていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記尿素水フィルタは、内部が前記尿素水を貯留する尿素水貯留室となったフィルタケースと、前記フィルタケース内に設けられ前記尿素水に混入した異物を捕捉するフィルタエレメントとを備えており、
前記尿素水管路は、一端が前記尿素水タンクに接続され、他端が前記フィルタケースの下部位置に接続されたタンク側通路と、一端が前記フィルタケースの上部位置に接続され、他端が前記尿素水供給装置に接続された供給装置側通路とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記尿素水供給装置には、前記尿素水に混入した異物を捕捉する内蔵フィルタが着脱可能に設けられ、
前記カバーの下方には、前記尿素水供給装置に対して前記内蔵フィルタを着脱するときに前記内蔵フィルタを通過させるための開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。
