Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る制御システム1の構成を示す図である。制御システム1は、DCブラシモータMの駆動制御を行い、例えば、制御装置2、電源回路3、及び平滑回路4を含む。制御装置2は、電源回路3、平滑回路4及びDCブラシモータMに接続され、DCブラシモータMの駆動を制御する。制御装置2は、ドライバ5及び制御回路6を有する。ドライバ5は、MCD(モータコイルドライバ)として実装される。制御回路6は、MCU(マイクロコントローラーユニット)として実装され得る。
あるいは、制御ロジック回路61は、タイミングt2〜t4までの期間TP2をロータRTの回転の1/3周期として速度信号を生成できる。例えば、制御ロジック回路61は、検出パルスの立ち上がりから次の立ち上がりのエッジタイミングまでのクロック数をカウンタ等でカウントし、そのカウント値の3倍の値を速度信号(1周期当たりの時間を示す信号)として生成する。
Claims (6)
- DCブラシモータ、電源回路、及び平滑回路が互いに異なるラインを介して電気的に接続可能であるノード及び前記平滑回路の間に流れる電流の変化を検出する検出回路と、
前記検出された電流の変化に応じて、前記DCブラシモータの回転速度を制御する制御信号を生成する制御回路と、
前記制御信号に応じて、前記DCブラシモータを駆動する駆動回路と、
を備えた制御装置。 - 前記検出回路は、前記電流の極性の変化を検出し、
前記制御回路は、前記検出された電流の極性の変化に応じて、前記DCブラシモータの回転速度を制御する制御信号を生成する
請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記検出回路は、前記駆動回路が前記DCブラシモータを駆動する動作と並行して、前記電流の極性の変化を検出する
請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記検出回路は、
一端が前記ノードに接続され、他端が前記平滑回路に接続された抵抗素子と、
前記抵抗素子の一端に接続された第1の入力端子と前記抵抗素子の他端に接続された第2の入力端子とを有するコンパレータと、
を有する
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 電源回路と、
平滑回路と、
前記電源回路とDCブラシモータとの間、及び、前記平滑回路と前記DCブラシモータとの間に配された請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置と、
を備えた制御システム。 - DCブラシモータ、電源回路、及び平滑回路が互いに異なるラインを介して電気的に接続可能であるノード及び前記平滑回路の間に流れる電流の変化を検出することと、
前記検出された電流の変化に応じて、前記DCブラシモータの回転速度を制御する制御信号を生成することと、
前記制御信号に応じて、前記DCブラシモータを駆動することと、
を備えた制御方法。
