図1は本発明の実施の形態1における熱交換ユニットを示す構成説明図、図2は同熱交換ユニットの熱交換器を分離した状態で示す分解斜視図、図3は同熱交換ユニットの熱交換器を構成するプレートフィンの平面図、図4は同熱交換ユニットの熱交換器を構成するプレートフィンの構成の一部を拡大して示す分解図、図5は同熱交換ユニットの熱交換器における伝熱流路群部分を切断して示す斜視図、図6は同熱交換ユニットの熱交換器におけるヘッダ流路部分を切断して示す斜視図ある。

Claims (7)
- 上流ヘッダ流路及び下流ヘッダ流路の間を複数の伝熱流路で連通させて構成した熱交換器を並列に複数接続した状態で備え、前記複数の熱交換器は上流ヘッダ流路に繋がる入口配管と下流ヘッダ流路に繋がる出口配管とをそれぞれ備え、少なくとも一つの前記入口配管と少なくとも一つの前記出口配管の両方に流量調整部を設けた熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記熱交換器は、プレートフィン積層型熱交換器とし、前記プレートフィン積層型熱交換器のプレートフィンは上流ヘッダ流路及び下流ヘッダ流路を有するヘッダ領域と前記上流ヘッダ流路及び前記下流ヘッダ流路を繋ぐ複数の伝熱流路を有する流路領域とを備え、前記伝熱流路を凹状溝によって形成した請求項1に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記複数の熱交換器の各々の前記入口配管上流側の合流部分にディストリビュータを設けた請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記複数の熱交換器の各々の前記入口配管上流側部分に分岐管を設けて前記複数の熱交換器への冷媒を分岐する構成とし、かつ、前記分岐管の入口側に前記分岐管の入口管径より小径の絞り管を設けた請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 熱交換器を請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器とした空気調和機。
- 前記熱交換器ユニットの複数の熱交換器は、室内機の熱交換用送風通路にこれを横切るよう並設して前記熱交換用送風通路に繋がる一つの吹出口に面するように配置した請求項5記載の空気調和機。
- 前記熱交換器ユニットの複数の熱交換器は、並設した熱交換器の左右いずれか一方側に前記入口配管と前記出口配管とが繋がる合流部分を設け、前記合流部分と反対側に離れて位置する熱交換器の前記入口配管及び前記出口配管は、前記熱交換器の上流ヘッダ流路及び/または下流ヘッダ流路が設けられているヘッダ領域の投影面範囲内に配した請求項5または6記載の空気調和機。
