Abstract
Description
図1Aは、実施形態1に係る遠心ファン1を示す平面図である。図1Aに示すように、遠心ファン1は、筐体2、モータ3、支持体4、及び環状の第1回転体5aを備える。筐体2は、軸方向に開口する吸気口21を有する。具体的には、筐体2はカバー部材23を有し、カバー部材23が吸気口21を有する。本実施形態において、カバー部材23は、筐体2の上壁部を構成する。
続いて図8を参照して本発明の実施形態2について説明する。但し、実施形態1と異なる事項を説明し、実施形態1と同じ事項についての説明は割愛する。実施形態2は、第1回転体5a及び第2回転体5bが実施形態1と異なる。
続いて図9を参照して本発明の実施形態3について説明する。但し、実施形態1及び2と異なる事項を説明し、実施形態1及び2と同じ事項についての説明は割愛する。実施形態3は、支持体4が実施形態1及び2と異なる。
続いて図10〜図12を参照して本発明の実施形態4について説明する。但し、実施形態1〜3と異なる事項を説明し、実施形態1〜3と同じ事項についての説明は割愛する。実施形態4は、下壁部242が実施形態1〜3と異なる。

Claims (16)
- 上下に延びる中心軸を中心として回転するロータハブを有するモータと、
前記ロータハブに固定され、前記ロータハブとともに回転する支持体と、
前記支持体と材料が異なり、連続多孔質体である第1回転体及び第2回転体と、
前記第1回転体、前記第2回転体、前記支持体、及び前記モータを収容する筐体と
を備え、
前記筐体は、軸方向に開口する第1吸気口、及び径方向に開口する少なくとも1つの送風口を有し、
前記第1回転体は、前記支持体の軸方向上側の面に配置され、
前記第1回転体の径方向内面は、前記ロータハブの径方向外面と隙間を介して対向し、
前記第2回転体は、前記支持体の軸方向下側の面に配置される、遠心ファン。 - 前記支持体は、軸方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔を有し、
前記複数の貫通孔のうちの少なくとも一つは、前記第1回転体の径方向内面と前記ロータハブの径方向外面との前記隙間に、少なくともその一部が開口して配置される、請求項1に記載の遠心ファン。 - 前記複数の貫通孔のうちの少なくとも一つは、軸方向において前記第1回転体及び前記第2回転体と、少なくともその一部が重なる、請求項2に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の軸方向の厚みと、前記第2回転体の軸方向の厚みとが等しい、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の軸方向の厚みと、前記第2回転体の軸方向の厚みとが異なる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の外径と、前記第2回転体の外径とが等しい、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の外径と、前記第2回転体の外径とが異なる、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の内径と、前記第2回転体の内径とが等しい、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の内径と、前記第2回転体の内径とが異なる、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の平均空孔径と、前記第2回転体の平均空孔径とが等しい、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体の平均空孔径と、前記第2回転体の平均空孔径とが異なる、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記第1回転体及び前記第2回転体のうちの少なくとも一方の外径は、前記支持体の外径よりも大きい、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記筐体は、軸方向において対向する上壁部と下壁部とを有し、
前記上壁部は、前記第1吸気口を有し、
前記下壁部は、軸方向に開口する第2吸気口を有する、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。 - 前記下壁部は、前記モータを支持するモータ支持部を有する、請求項13に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記下壁部は、周方向に配置される複数の前記第2吸気口を有し、
前記複数の第2吸気口は、前記モータ支持部を囲む、請求項14に記載の遠心ファン。 - 前記第1回転体及び前記第2回転体のうちの少なくとも一方の材料は、連続気泡構造体である、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
