前記ヒンジ部(3)には、蓋(4)の他の部分に比べて厚み方向に柔軟に屈曲する線状の線状柔軟部(4a)を有し、
その線状柔軟部(4a)は、蓋(4)の付根の幅方向の一端(A)から他端(B)に中間位置(C)を介して滑らかな線状に連結され、前記中間位置(C)は、前記一端(A)と他端(B)を結ぶ直線(S)の外側に位置し、
