Claims (10)
- 動力源と、前記動力源と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成すると共にワンウェイクラッチを含む複数の係合装置のうちの何れかの係合装置の係合によって複数のギヤ段のうちの何れかのギヤ段が形成される機械式変速機構とを備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
減速走行中に前記複数のギヤ段のうちの前記ワンウェイクラッチの係合により形成される所定ギヤ段へのダウンシフトを判断した場合には、前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが所定の負トルク以上となった後に、前記複数の係合装置のうちの前記ダウンシフトに関与する解放側係合装置の解放によって前記ワンウェイクラッチが自動的に係合されることによる前記所定ギヤ段へのダウンシフトの実行を開始する変速制御部を、含むものであり、
前記所定の負トルクは、前記ダウンシフトの過渡中に前記解放側係合装置の解放が完了した時点で前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが前記ワンウェイクラッチの自動的な係合が可能な値以上となる為の予め定められた前記入力トルクの下限値であることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記所定ギヤ段は、前記ワンウェイクラッチに替えて、前記複数の係合装置のうちの前記ワンウェイクラッチと並行に配置された別の係合装置の係合によっても形成されるものであり、
前記変速制御部は、運転者の操作によって前記所定ギヤ段へのダウンシフトが要求された場合には、前記解放側係合装置の解放と前記別の係合装置の係合とによる前記所定ギヤ段へのダウンシフトの実行を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクを正トルクとする運転者のアクセル操作が為された場合には、前記ワンウェイクラッチが自動的に係合されることによる前記所定ギヤ段へのダウンシフトの実行を開始することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、アクセルオフ時であって車速が所定の低車速以下であるときには、前記車両がゆっくり動くクリープ現象を生じさせるクリープトルクが発生させられるものであり、
前記変速制御部は、前記ダウンシフトの過渡中に前記解放側係合装置の解放が完了した時点で前記クリープトルクによって前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが正トルクとされるように前記車速が前記所定の低車速に向かって低下する場合には、前記ワンウェイクラッチが自動的に係合されることによる前記所定ギヤ段へのダウンシフトの実行を開始することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記動力源として機能する回転機を備えており、
前記回転機による回生トルクの値を用いて前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが前記所定の負トルク以上であるか否かを判定する車両状態判定部を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記動力源として機能するエンジンを備えており、
前記エンジンによるエンジンブレーキトルクの値を用いて前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが前記所定の負トルク以上であるか否かを判定する車両状態判定部を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記動力源として機能する回転機と、前記動力源として機能するエンジンとを備えており、
前記回転機による回生トルクの値及び前記エンジンによるエンジンブレーキトルクの値の少なくとも一方の値を用いて前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが前記所定の負トルク以上であるか否かを判定する車両状態判定部を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記動力源として機能するエンジンと、前記エンジンが動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転機とを有して前記第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式変速機構と、前記動力源として機能する、前記電気式変速機構の出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機とを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記第2回転機による回生トルクの値を用いて前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが前記所定の負トルク以上であるか否かを判定する車両状態判定部を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、前記駆動輪にホイールブレーキトルクを付与する制動装置を更に備えており、
前記機械式変速機構の入力トルクが前記所定の負トルクよりも小さいと判定された場合には、前記回生トルクの一部又は全部を前記ホイールブレーキトルクに切り替える制動トルク制御部を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項5、7、及び9の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
