Abstract
【解決手段】量子ドット(QD)を含む多相高分子フィルムが開示されている。フィルム300は、主として疎水性高分子302であるドメインと、主として親水性高分子303であるドメインとを有している。QD301は、一般的に疎水性マトリクス中にてより安定であって、フィルムの疎水性ドメインに主として分散している。親水性ドメインには、酸素の排除に優れている傾向がある。

Description
図5は、青色バックライトユニット(BLU)で長時間照射したQDの樹脂フィルムの量子収率を示すプロットである(x軸には、時間が日で表されている)。上記の実施例1aで調製された単相のLMA樹脂中における緑色QDのQYは、正方形のデータポイント501で示されている。単相樹脂フィルムの初期QYは、訳60%であるが、QYは、照射の最初の週にて大幅に低下する。
Claims (18)
- 第1高分子と第1高分子中に分散した量子ドット(QD)の集団とを含む第1相と、
第2高分子を含む第2相と、
を含んでおり、
第1相と第2相は、少なくとも部分的に相分離している、組成物。 - 第1高分子の疎水性は、第2高分子樹脂よりも高い、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 第1高分子はアクリレートである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 第2高分子はエポキシドである、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の組成物。
- フィルムは、2つのガスバリアの間に配置されている、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の組成物。
- QDナノ粒子は、コアシェル型QDナノ粒子である、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の組成物。
- QDナノ粒子は、カドミウムフリーなQDナノ粒子である、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の組成物。
- QDナノ粒子は、InPベースのコアを含んでいる、請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の組成物。
- 第1高分子の屈折率と第2高分子の屈折率とは、約5%未満異なっている、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の組成物。
- 第1高分子の屈折率と第2高分子の屈折率とは、約1%未満異なっている、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- フィルムを調製する方法であって、
第1相及び第2相を含むエマルジョンを形成する工程と、
エマルジョンを堆積してフィルムを形成する工程と、
を含んでおり、
第1相は第1高分子及びQDを含んでおり、第2相は第2高分子を含んでいる、方法。 - 第2相よりも第1相にかなり多くのQDがある、請求項11に記載の方法。
- エマルジョンを形成する工程は、
第1高分子及びQDを含む混合物を形成する工程と、
第2高分子の溶液と第1混合物を混合して第2混合物を形成する工程と、
第2混合物を撹拌して、エマルジョンを形成する工程と、
を含む、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の方法。 - 第1高分子の疎水性は、第2高分子樹脂よりも高い、請求項11乃至13の何れかに記載の方法。
