Abstract
【解決手段】トランス1においてコア10は、軸部11に巻き回される巻線に面する角部12dを備える。角部12dは、曲面状に面取りされる。また、コア10と軸部11の回りに巻き回される一次巻線が、樹脂封止されたボビンと、金属板が軸部11の回りにエッジワイズ巻きにより巻き回される態様で構成される二次巻線30と、を備える。ボビン及び二次巻線30は、それぞれ、複数あり、軸部11の軸方向にサンドイッチ構造により積層される。

まず、図1、図2を参照して、本実施形態に係るトランス1について説明する。
次に、図3を参照して、本実施形態に係るトランス1の特徴的な作用について説明する。
次に、本実施形態に係るトランス1を含む電力変換装置100について説明する。
例えば、上述した実施形態では、PQコア(図1、図2参照)を例示するが、他の形状のコア(例えば、EIコア、EEコア、EPコア、RMコア等)の一次巻線及び二次巻線に面する角部に同様の面取りを施してもよい。かかる場合も、同様の作用・効果を奏する。

Claims (4)
- トランス用のコアであって、
軸部に巻き回される巻線に面する角部を備え、
前記角部は、曲面状に面取りされている、
コア。 - 前記角部は、所定の試験モードにおいて、前記巻線のうちの相対的に電圧が高い一方と、当該コア及び前記巻線のうちの相対的に電圧が低い他方との間の部分放電が開始されるときの前記一方の電圧の許容値に基づき規定される、所定値以上の曲率半径で面取りされる、
請求項1に記載のコア。 - 前記角部は、2mm以上の曲率半径で面取りされる、
請求項1又は2に記載のコア。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のコアと、
前記軸部の回りに巻き回される一次巻線が樹脂封止されたボビンと、
金属板が前記軸部の回りにエッジワイズ巻きにより巻き回される態様で構成される二次巻線と、を備え、
前記ボビン及び前記二次巻線は、それぞれ、複数あり、前記軸部の軸方向にサンドイッチ構造により積層される、
