Abstract
Description
好ましいことに、複数の高感度素子は、主面8a,8bと平行に広がるように配置されている。この構成によれば、エンコーダ1に対してセンサ4を取り付けるために、特に、小径筒状筐体内へのセンサ4の集積化を容易にすることができる。

Claims (9)
- 部材の位置を決定するためのシステムに含まれる部材の組み立て品において、
上記部材と共に回転するエンコーダ(1)であって、該エンコーダ(1)の動きを表す周期的な磁気信号を放射するように構成された第1の磁気トラック(2)及び第2の磁気トラック(3)を有するエンコーダ(1)と、
上記エンコーダの上記磁気トラック(2、3)からの上記磁気信号を検出するように構成され、上記磁気トラック(2、3)の位置を表す信号を生成するために上記磁気トラック(2、3)から読み取り距離を隔てて配置された2つの態様(5)の高感度素子、及び、上記部材の位置を決定するために上記2つの態様(5)の高感度素子からの上記信号を処理する装置(6)を有するセンサ(4)と、を備え、
第1の態様(5)の上記高感度素子は、検出された上記磁気トラック(2、3)からの上記磁気信号に応じて抵抗値が変化する磁気抵抗材料をベースとしており、
上記第1の態様は、2N−1個の磁極対を有する上記第2の磁気トラック(3)から読み取り距離を隔てて配置される態様であり、
第2の態様(5)の上記高感度素子は、異方性磁気抵抗材料をベースとしており、
上記第2の態様は、N個の磁極対を有する上記第1の磁気トラック(2)から読み取り距離を隔てて配置されている、
ことを特徴とする組み立て品。 - 上記第1の態様(5)の上記高感度素子は、上記磁気トラック(2、3)からの上記磁気信号を検出する技術に関する性質が上記第1の態様(5)の高感度素子の磁気抵抗材料と異なる磁気抵抗材料をベースとしている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み立て品。 - 上記第2の態様(5)の上記高感度素子は、ARM型の磁気抵抗材料をベースとしている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組み立て品。 - 上記第1の態様(5)の上記高感度素子は、トンネル磁気抵抗材料、GRM、又はホールプローブをベースとしている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の組み立て品。 - 上記第1の態様(5)の上記高感度素子は、参照用の磁性層、分離層、及び高感度層を含む積層体を備えており、上記磁性層間の抵抗は、それらの磁化の相対的な向きに応じて決まる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の組み立て品。 - 上記エンコーダ(1)は、多磁極の上記磁気トラック(2、3)が実装された磁石により構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の組み立て品。 - 上記磁気トラック(2、3)は、一周の全部又は一部の方位を決定するために、360°又は一周の一部に広がっている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の組み立て品。 - 上記センサ(4)は、2つの面(8a,8b)を有する電子基板(8)を備えており、上記2つの態様(5)の各々は、これら2つの面の各々に配置される態様である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の組み立て品。 - 上記2つの態様(5)の各々は、上記磁気トラック(2、3)の読み取り面(S)に直交する一般化面(P)内に上記高感度素子が広がるように配置される態様である、
