Abstract

Claims (15)
- 感知素子(11)と、検出回路(65)と、ハウジング(5)とを備える、物体の近接を検出するための近接センサであって、
前記感知素子(11)は、前記ハウジング(5)の前方部分(21)に配置されて、前記前方部分(21)を通って前記物体と相互作用するように適合され、前記検出回路(65)は、前記感知素子(11)から検出信号を受信するために、前記感知素子(11)と相互接続され、
前記検出回路(65)は、少なくとも前記ハウジング(5)の中間部分(22)を通って延伸する回路基板(15、15A、15B、15C)に設けられ、
前記ハウジング(5)は、前記ハウジング(5)の後端(56)から前端(55)に向かって長手方向(27)において連続して配置された複数のセグメント(41、42、43、44)を備え、
前記セグメント(41、42、43、44)の隣接するセグメントは、前記長手方向(27)に対して横断して延伸するそれぞれの回動軸線(35、39、40)を介して互いに連結されて、前記ハウジング(5)は、前記回動軸線(35、39、40)の各々の周りに屈曲可能であって、

- 前記回転接続部(36、47、48)は、前記隣接するセグメント(41、42、43、44)のうちの一方に設けられた少なくとも1つの凹部(37A、37B)と、前記凹部(37A、37B)の形態に嵌合し、前記隣接するセグメント(41、42、43、44)のうちの他方に設けられた少なくとも1つの突起部(38A、38B)とを備えて、前記凹部(37A、37B)と形態嵌合する前記突起部(38A、38B)との間において、確動係合が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記中間部分(22)は、前記セグメント(41、42、43、44)のうちの少なくとも2つを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記ハウジング(5)は、前記セグメント(41、42、43、44)のうちの少なくとも4つと、各2つの隣接するセグメント(41、42、43、44)を連結する3つの回動軸線(35、39、40)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記回動軸線(35、39、40)は、共通の仮想面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記回動軸線(35、39、40)は、互いから実質的に等距離に離間されていることを特徴とする、請求項5及び6の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記回路基板(15、15A、15B、15C)は、柔軟性の回路基板であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記前方部分(21)に備えられる前記セグメント(41、42、43、44)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記中間部分(22)に備えられる前記セグメント(41、42、43、44)のうちの少なくとも1つより前記長手方向において長いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記近接センサは、伝送ケーブル(4)を更に備え、前記伝送ケーブル(4)は、前記ハウジング(5)の内側の前記検出回路に接続され、前記ハウジング(5)の前記後端(56)における後壁(31)を通ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記回路基板(15、15A、15B、15C)は、前記ハウジング(5)の対向する縦側壁(28A、28B)から離間され、前記縦側壁(28A、28B)は、前記少なくとも1つの回動軸線(35、39、40)の上下に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記回路基板(15、15A、15B、15C)と前記対向する縦側壁(28A、28B)との間において、保護層(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記保護層(17)は、前記回路基板(15、15A、15B、15C)を取り囲む成形材料によって提供されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記ハウジング(5)は、前記セグメント(41、42、43、44)を取り囲む外部カバー(51)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の少なくとも一項に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記外部カバー(51)は、成形材料によって提供されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の近接センサ。
