Claims (7)
- アーマチュア軸の回転を減速して出力する減速機構付モータであって、
前記アーマチュア軸により回転されるウォームと、
前記ウォームに噛み合わされる歯部を有するウォームホイールと、
前記ウォームホイールの軸方向一側に設けられ、前記ウォームホイールの軸方向他側に向けて窪んだ一側肉盗み部と、
前記ウォームホイールの軸方向一側に設けられ、前記ウォームホイールの前記一側肉盗み部と前記歯部との間を補強する補強部と、
を備えている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ウォームホイールの軸方向に沿う前記歯部の前記補強部寄りの部分に、前記歯部の他の部分よりも前記ウォームホイールの径方向外側に膨出された膨出部が設けられている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1または2記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記一側肉盗み部は、前記補強部よりも前記ウォームホイールの径方向内側に設けられ、
前記一側肉盗み部および前記補強部は、前記ウォームホイールを径方向から見たときに互いに重ねられている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項3記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ウォームホイールの軸方向他側に、前記ウォームホイールの軸方向一側に向けて窪んだ他側肉盗み部が設けられ、
前記他側肉盗み部は、前記ウォームホイールの径方向に沿う前記一側肉盗み部と同じ位置に設けられている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項4記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記一側肉盗み部および前記他側肉盗み部は、前記ウォームホイールの周方向に互い違いに並べられている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記歯部の長手方向一側は、前記一側肉盗み部の長手方向一側よりも前記ウォームホイールの軸方向他側に設けられ、
前記補強部は、前記ウォームホイールの径方向外側に向かうに連れて、前記ウォームホイールの軸方向他側に下降するよう傾斜されている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ウォームホイールの前記一側肉盗み部よりも径方向内側には、出力部材のトルク受け部およびダンパ部材のダンパ片を収容する収容部が設けられ、
前記収容部には、前記ウォームホイールの回転力を、前記ダンパ片を介して前記トルク受け部に伝達するトルク出力部が設けられている、
減速機構付モータ。
