Claims (5)
- 基板を提供するステップと、
前記基板の表面に多孔性金属構造体を固定して、第一複合構造体を形成するステップと、
前記第一複合構造体における多孔性金属構造体の表面にカーボンナノチューブ構造体を固定して、第二複合構造体を形成して、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、分子間力で端と端とが接続される複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むステップと、
前記第二複合構造体を縮ませ、多孔性金属複合構造体を形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする多孔性金属複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記基板の表面に多孔性金属構造体を固定して、第一複合構造体を形成するステップにおいて、
前記基板がプラスチック基板である場合には、該基板を加熱することによって、該基板を僅かに溶けさせ、溶かした前記基板が前記多孔性金属構造体を接着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多孔性金属複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記多孔性金属構造体が多孔性金フィルムである場合には、該多孔性金フィルムの製造方法は、
Au−Ag合金フィルムを提供するサブステップと、
前記Au−Ag合金フィルムを濃硝酸溶液の中に置き、前記Au−Ag合金フィルムが銀白色から、柿色まで反応をして、多孔性金フィルムを形成するサブステップと、
前記多孔性金フィルムを脱イオン水の中に置き、洗浄をするサブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多孔性金属複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第一複合構造体における多孔性金属構造体の表面にカーボンナノチューブ構造体を固定して、第二複合構造体を形成して、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、分子間力で端と端とが接続される複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むステップにおいて、前記第一複合構造体の表面にカーボンナノチューブ構造体を設置して、該カーボンナノチューブ構造体の表面に有機接着材料を垂らし込んで、該有機接着材料が前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体の隙間を通して、前記多孔性金属構造体に入り、前記有機接着材料が前記多孔性金属構造体と前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体との接触面を包むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多孔性金属複合構造体の製造方法。
- 前記第一複合構造体における多孔性金属構造体の表面にカーボンナノチューブ構造体を固定して、第二複合構造体を形成して、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、分子間力で端と端とが接続される複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むステップにおいて、前記第一複合構造体及び前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を金属イオンを含む溶液に転移して、該金属イオンを含む溶液に還元剤を添加し、複数の金属粒子を形成して、複数の金属粒子が前記多孔性金属構造体と前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体との接触面を包むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多孔性金属複合構造体の製造方法。
