Claims (9)
- 管端部を加工する装置であって、該装置は、長手方向軸線に沿って移動可能なピストンを備えた作動シリンダと、管取付け部とを有しており、前記管取付け部に面した前記ピストンの端部に工具ホルダが設けられており、
前記作動シリンダはタンデムシリンダとして設けられており、少なくとも2つのシリンダ段が、長手方向軸線に沿ってオフセットされており、前記ピストンは接続された複数のピストンセグメントを有していて、各ピストンセグメントが1つのシリンダ段に割り当てられている、管端部を加工する装置。 - 各シリンダ段は、前記各ピストンセグメントに力を加えるように構成されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 好適には請求項1または2記載の、管端部を加工する装置であって、該装置は、長手方向軸線に沿って移動可能なピストンを備えた作動シリンダと、管取付け部とを有しており、前記管取付け部に面した前記ピストンの端部に工具ホルダが設けられており、
前記ピストンは、前記ピストンが前記作動シリンダに対して相対的にねじれるのを防止するためのねじれ防止部材を有している、管端部を加工する装置。 - 前記工具ホルダに工具が取り付けられていて、前記工具は、長手方向軸線に対して半径方向でオフセットされている作動軸線を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ねじれ防止部材は、前記シリンダの壁における、前記シリンダの前記壁に沿って軸方向に延在する隙間を通って、前記ピストンから半径方向に突出している、請求項3または4記載の装置。
- 前記工具ホルダには、取り付けられた工具の少なくとも1つの特性を検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサが設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサから前記ピストンと前記ねじれ防止部材とを通り抜けて前記作動シリンダの外へと延在する信号線が設けられている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記信号線に平行に延在するように給電線が設けられている、請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記ねじれ防止部材の長手方向位置を検出するために位置センサが設けられている、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
