前記内筒部材の外周面と前記外針基の内周面との間に位置させて、前記外針基内の空気を通過させ、前記外針基内の血液の通過を抑制又は阻止する環状の通気フィルタと、が配置され、
前記止血弁は前記内筒部材に設けられ、
前記外針基内において、前記通気フィルタの先端よりも前記外針基の先端側の領域を先端領域として、
