Claims (5)
- 支持回転体、複数の伝動球体、複数の駆動円杆、動力入力挟持回転体、動力出力挟持回転体、加速の遊星歯車群、第1の減速の遊星歯車群、伝動軸、第1の一方向伝動回転体及び第2の一方向伝動回転体を備えた持続出力の無段変速機であって、
前記伝動球体は、前記支持回転体の円周に沿って前記支持回転体上に間隔をおいて配設され、
前記駆動円杆には、前記伝動球体がそれぞれ回動可能に連結され、
前記動力入力挟持回転体は、内傾斜動力入力挟持環面を有し、
前記動力出力挟持回転体は、内傾斜動力出力挟持環面を有し、前記伝動球体は、前記内傾斜動力入力挟持環面と、前記内傾斜動力出力挟持環面と、前記支持回転体との間に可動挟持され、
前記加速の遊星歯車群は、太陽歯車と、複数の遊星歯車と、キャリアと、環状歯車と、を有し、前記遊星歯車は、前記太陽歯車と前記環状歯車との間にそれぞれ噛合されるとともに、前記キャリアに回動可能に連結され、前記太陽歯車は、前記動力入力挟持回転体に接続され、
前記第1の減速の遊星歯車群は、第1の太陽歯車、複数の第1の遊星歯車、第1のキャリア及び第1の環状歯車を有し、前記第1の遊星歯車は、前記第1の太陽歯車と前記第1の環状歯車との間に噛合される上、前記第1のキャリアに回動可能に連結され、前記第1のキャリアは、前記キャリアに回動可能に連結され、
前記伝動軸は、前記第1の太陽歯車、前記キャリア、前記太陽歯車、前記動力入力挟持回転体、前記支持回転体及び前記動力出力挟持回転体に回動可能に連結され、
前記第1の一方向伝動回転体は、前記伝動軸と前記キャリアとの間に接続され、前記伝動軸により前記キャリアを一方向で伝動させ、
前記第2の一方向伝動回転体は、前記キャリアと前記第1のキャリアとの間に接続され、前記第1のキャリアにより前記キャリアを一方向で伝動させ、前記第1の一方向伝動回転体の伝動方向と前記第2の一方向伝動回転体の伝動方向とは反対であることを特徴とする持続出力の無段変速機。 - 第2の減速の遊星歯車群をさらに備え、
前記第2の減速の遊星歯車群は、第2の太陽歯車と、複数の第2の遊星歯車と、第2のキャリアと、第2の環状歯車と、を有し、
前記第2の遊星歯車は、前記第2の太陽歯車と前記第2の環状歯車との間に噛合されるとともに、前記第2のキャリアに回動可能に連結され、
前記第2のキャリアは、前記第1の太陽歯車に接続され、
前記伝動軸は、前記第2の太陽歯車、前記第2のキャリア、前記第1の太陽歯車、前記キャリア、前記太陽歯車、前記動力入力挟持回転体、前記支持回転体及び前記動力出力挟持回転体に回動可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の持続出力の無段変速機。 - 前記支持回転体は、2つの支持車輪を有し、
前記支持車輪は、外傾斜支持環面をそれぞれ有し、
前記伝動球体は、前記外傾斜支持環面の間にそれぞれ支えられるとともに、前記内傾斜動力入力挟持環面と、前記内傾斜動力出力挟持環面と、前記外傾斜支持環面との間にそれぞれ可動可能に挟持され、
前記伝動軸は、前記支持車輪に回動可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の持続出力の無段変速機。 - 前記駆動円杆の内方の一端部は、前記支持回転体の径方向に沿って前記伝動球体にそれぞれ回動可能に連結され、
前記駆動円杆の外方の一端部は、前記伝動球体からそれぞれ露出され、
前記駆動円杆は、前記支持回転体の径方向から前記支持回転体の軸方向の前に至るまで偏心回転されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の持続出力の無段変速機。 - 前記第1の一方向伝動回転体は、一方向ラチェット又は一方向軸受であり、
前記第2の一方向伝動回転体は、一方向ラチェット又は一方向軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の持続出力の無段変速機。
