Abstract
Description
即ち、本発明は、
(1)固有粘度0.9〜1.5dl/gのポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(a)100重量部に対し、平均粒子径0.5〜5μmの無機粒子(b)を5〜10重量部含有するフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂マスターバッチ、
(2)無機粒子を含まないポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂100重量部に対し、(1)記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂マスターバッチを3〜10重量部含有するフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物、
(3)前記無機粒子を含まないポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂が固有粘度0.9〜1.5dl/gのPBT樹脂を含む、(2)記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物、
(4)無機粒子を含まないポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂100重量部に対し、(1)に記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂マスターバッチを3〜10重量部を混合および/または溶融混練する、(2)または(3)に記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物の製造方法、である。
(a−1)PBT:東レ(株)ポリブチレンテレフタレート(固有粘度0.95dl/g)
(a−2)PBT:東レ(株)ポリブチレンテレフタレート(固有粘度1.25dl/g)
(a−3)PBT:東レ(株)ポリブチレンテレフタレート(固有粘度0.75dl/g)(b−1)無機粒子:富士シリシア化学(株)製二酸化ケイ素 サイロホービック100、平均粒子径2.7μm
(b−2)無機粒子:富士シリシア化学(株)製二酸化ケイ素 サイロホービック704、平均粒子径6.2μm
オクトクロロフェノール溶液を使用してPBT樹脂を溶解し、温度23℃にて測定した。
各実施例および比較例で得られたPBT樹脂マスターバッチのペレットを用いて、小型単軸押出機((株)東洋精機製作所製ラボプラストミル)へ前記ペレットを300g投入し、シリンダー温度260℃、スクリュウ回転数100rpmに設定し、20μmのろ過フィルタ通過時の圧力を測定した。流動開始直後の圧力と流動後安定した時の圧力を測定し、それらの差異を求め、分散性の指標とした。圧力差が小さいほど、分散性に優れるといえる。
各実施例および比較例に記載の組成でPBT樹脂組成物のペレットを作成した。40mmのTダイを有する単軸押出機(シンコーマシナリー社製VS40−25型)に得られたPBT樹脂組成物ペレットを投入し、シリンダー温度260℃、ダイス温度260℃、スクリュウ回転数100rpmに設定し、製膜速度10m/minでフィルムを押出し、20mm×20mm×30μmのフィルム状試験片を作成した。フィムル状試験片の全体をデジタルマイクロスコープ(キーエンス社製VHX−900)を用いて観察し、存在する無機粒子の凝集物を観察し、その凝集物の直径を測定し、大きさ別の個数を評価した。
表1に記載する組成に従って各成分全てを二軸押出機の主投入口から供給し、シリンダー温度250℃に設定したスクリュー径40mmφの二軸押出機で溶融混練を行い、ペレット状のPBT樹脂マスターバッチを得た。得られたペレットを用いて、前記(2)に記載の方法により、PBT樹脂マスターバッチ中における無機粒子の分散性を評価した。実施例1〜2および比較例1〜3の評価結果から明らかなように、本発明のPBT樹脂マスターバッチは無機粒子の分散性に優れていた。
表2に記載する組成に従って各成分をタンブラーへ投入し、回転数50rpmに設定したタンブラーで物理混合を5分間行い、PBT樹脂マスターバッチと無機粒子を含まないPBT樹脂を混合したPBT樹脂組成物を得た。得られたペレットを用いて、前記(3)記載の方法により、フィルム状の試験片を作製し、PBT樹脂組成物中の無機粒子の分散性を評価した。なお、比較例6は、マスターバッチを用いないで、直接ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂および無機粒子を溶融混練し、樹脂組成物ペレットを作製したものである。実施例3〜7および比較例4〜6の評価結果から明らかなように、本発明のPBT樹脂組成物はフィルム中の無機粒子の分散性に優れている結果であった。
表1、2に実施例1〜7および比較例1〜6の組成および評価結果を示す。
Claims (4)
- 固有粘度0.9〜1.5dl/gのポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(a)100重量部に対し、平均粒子径0.5〜5μmの無機粒子(b)を5〜10重量部含有するフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂マスターバッチ。
- 無機粒子を含まないポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂100重量部に対し、請求項1に記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂マスターバッチを3〜10重量部含有するフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機粒子を含まないポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂が固有粘度0.9〜1.5dl/gのポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂を含む請求項2に記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- 無機粒子を含まないポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂100重量部に対し、請求項1に記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂マスターバッチを3〜10重量部を混合および/または溶融混練する、請求項2または3に記載のフィルム用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物の製造方法。
