Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る車両制御装置が搭載された車両と、交通参加者が所持する端末との構成を示すブロック図である。図1に示されるように、車両制御装置1は、自動運転システム100を備えた自動運転車両である車両Mに搭載されている。自動運転とは、車両Mの乗員(運転者等を含む)が運転操作をすることなく、予め設定された目的地に向かって自動で車両Mを走行させる車両制御である。まず、自動運転システム100について説明する。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。以下においては、第1実施形態と異なる点を説明し、重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (4)
- 車両周辺の外部状況を認識して交通参加者を認識する外部状況認識部と、
前記車両の行動予定を取得する行動予定取得部と、
前記交通参加者が所持する端末に対し、前記行動予定を通知して承認の要求を行う行動予定通知部と、
前記端末から前記行動予定に対する承認を受信可能な受信部と、
前記受信部が前記端末から前記承認を受信した場合に前記行動予定を実行する制御を行い、前記受信部が前記端末から前記承認を受信しなかった場合に前記行動予定の実行を抑制する制御を行う実行制御部と、を備える
車両制御装置。 - 前記車両の位置を取得する車両位置取得部と、
前記車両位置取得部で取得した前記車両の位置と前記外部状況認識部で認識した前記車両の外部状況とに基づいて、前記車両の走行計画を生成する走行計画生成部と、
を更に備え、
前記行動予定取得部は、前記走行計画生成部で生成した前記車両の走行計画から前記車両の行動予定として車両の挙動に関する情報を取得することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記車両の位置を取得する車両位置取得部と、
前記交通参加者が所持する端末の位置情報を取得する端末位置認識部と、を備え、
前記外部状況認識部は、前記車両位置取得部で取得した前記車両の位置と外部センサで取得した前記車両と前記交通参加者との相対位置とから前記交通参加者の位置を取得し、前記端末位置認識部で取得した前記交通参加者が所持する端末の位置情報と照合することで前記端末を所持する交通参加者の位置を特定することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記走行計画生成部は、前記実行制御部が前記行動予定の実行を抑制する制御を行う場合に、新たな走行計画を生成することを特徴とする、
