Claims (10)
- 正、逆回転が可能なモータエンジンからなり、前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つの動力を発生させる動力発生部と、
前記動力発生部から入力された前記前進駆動及び後進駆動を2段変速して出力する変速部と、を含み、
前記変速部は、
ホイールと連結されるように左右方向に配置されたアクスルシャフトを含むアクスル出力部と、
前記出力部のアクスルシャフトと離隔して配置された変速シャフトを含み、前記動力発生部から入力された前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つを供給するように、車体の前後方向に備えられたベベルギヤ回転軸を形成するベベルギヤ部から動力の入力を受けて前記2段変速のうち特定段に変速して出力するアクスル入力部と、を含む、動力伝達装置。 - 前記アクスルシャフトは、
前記ホイールのうち左側ホイールと連結される左側アクスルシャフトと、
前記ホイールのうち右側ホイールと連結される右側アクスルシャフトと、を含み、
前記アクスル出力部は、前記左側アクスルシャフトと前記右側アクスルシャフトとの間に備えられ、前記アクスル入力部によって前記変速された動力の入力を受けるディファレンシャルギヤ部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記アクスル入力部は、
前記変速シャフトの外周に備えられ、作動油の供給に応じて前記2段変速のうち選択的に1段変速または2段変速が可能であるように前記変速シャフトと固定される第1段クラッチ部及び第2段クラッチ部を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1段クラッチ部には、前記アクスル出力部の一側と連結され、前記2段変速のうち1段に変速して出力する1段駆動ギヤが備えられており、
前記第2段クラッチ部には、前記アクスル出力部の他側と連結され、前記2段変速のうち2段に変速して出力する2段駆動ギヤが備えられている、請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記アクスル出力部は、
前記ホイールのうち左側ホイールに近く配置され、前記アクスル入力部の一側から動力の伝達を受ける左側ディファレンシャルギヤケースと、
前記ホイールのうち右側ホイールに近く配置され、前記アクスル入力部の他側から動力の伝達を受ける右側ディファレンシャルギヤケースと、を含み、
前記第1段クラッチ部には、前記左側ディファレンシャルギヤケースまたは前記右側ディファレンシャルギヤケースに備えられた第1伝達ギヤ及び第2伝達ギヤのうち何れか1つと噛合され、前記2段変速のうち1段に変速して出力する1段駆動ギヤが備えられており、
前記第2段クラッチ部には、前記左側ディファレンシャルギヤケースまたは前記右側ディファレンシャルギヤケースに備えられた第1伝達ギヤ及び第2伝達ギヤのうち他の1つと噛合され、前記2段変速のうち2段に変速して出力する2段駆動ギヤが備えられている、請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記駆動側入力部と前記従動側入力部を連結して動力を伝達するアイドラ部をさらに含む。請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- モータエンジンを用いて前進駆動または後進駆動として出力し、変速部に入力する動力出力ステップと、
前記動力出力ステップにより入力された前進駆動または後進駆動を変速し、左、右ホイールが備えられたホイール駆動部に伝達する動力変速ステップと、を含み、
前記動力変速ステップは、
前記左、右ホイールと連結されたアクスルシャフトから離隔し、且つ平行に備えられた変速シャフトを回転させるシャフト駆動過程と、
前記変速シャフトに一対で備えられた第1段クラッチ部及び第2段クラッチ部の何れか1つに作動油を供給して前記変速シャフトと選択的に固定させるクラッチ固定過程と、
前記クラッチ固定過程により固定された前記第1段クラッチ部及び第2段クラッチ部の何れか1つによって変速された動力を前記アクスルシャフトに伝達する変速動力出力過程と、を含む、動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 前記クラッチ固定過程は、
前記第1段クラッチ部に作動油が供給され、前記第1段クラッチ部に備えられた1段駆動ギヤが回転されるように前記変速シャフトと固定させる1段変速駆動を含む、請求項7に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 前記クラッチ固定過程は、
前記第2段クラッチ部に作動油が供給され、前記第2段クラッチ部に備えられた2段駆動ギヤが回転されるように前記変速シャフトと固定させる2段変速駆動を含む、請求項7に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 正、逆回転が可能なモータエンジンからなり、前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つの動力を発生させる動力発生部と、
前記動力発生部から入力された前記前進駆動及び後進駆動を2段変速して出力する変速部と、を含み、
前記変速部は、
ホイールと連結されるように左右方向に配置されたアクスルシャフトを含むアクスル出力部と、
前記出力部のアクスルシャフトと離隔して配置された変速シャフトを含み、前記動力発生部から入力された前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つを供給するように、車体の前後方向に備えられたベベルギヤ回転軸を形成するベベルギヤ部から動力の入力を受けて前記2段変速のうち特定段に変速して出力するアクスル入力部と、を含む、動力伝達装置を含む車両。
