Abstract

Claims (20)
- 溝領域の互いに反対側にある2つの端領域を定める前記溝領域を有する強磁性体構造であって、各端領域は、それぞれのインタフェース面を含み、前記溝領域は、前記2つの端領域よりも短い長さを有する、強磁性体構造と、
前記強磁性体構造の前記溝領域の周りに、前記2つの端領域の間で巻回されたインダクタコイルであって、前記溝領域の前記長さは、前記インダクタコイルの軸に対して垂直方向に沿って延在する寸法である、前記インダクタコイルと、
前記強磁性体構造及びインダクタコイルが配置された凹部を形成する複数の側壁及び後壁を含むシールドと、
