なお、前記天壁の中心部から後側へ亘って指当て用凹部46を形成し、後側に開口部46aを有することは第1実施形態と同じである。それ以外に第1実施形態の指当て用凹部46について説明したことも本実施形態の指当て用凹部46に援用する。
