Abstract
【解決手段】各構成部品10、20、30、40のハウジング11、21、31、41が、凸嵌合部51と凹嵌合部52のうちの少なくとも一方を備える。各構成部品10、20、30、40の回転軸12、22、32、42が、トルク出力部61とトルク入力部62のうちの少なくとも一方を備える。各構成部品のハウジングに設けられた凸嵌合部51は、他の何れの構成部品のハウジングに設けられた凹嵌合部52とでも嵌合可能である。各構成部品の回転軸に設けられたトルク出力部61は、他の何れの構成部品の回転軸に設けられたトルク入力部62とでも連結可能である。

Claims (3)
- それぞれハウジング及び回転軸を有し、少なくともモータ部を含む3種以上の構成部品からなり、これらの構成部品の中から選択した複数の構成部品を連結して電動アクチュエータを構成することができる電動アクチュエータのシリーズにおいて、
各構成部品のハウジングが、凸嵌合部と、他の構成部品のハウジングに設けられた凸嵌合部と嵌合可能な凹嵌合部のうち、少なくとも一方を備え、
各構成部品の回転軸が、トルク出力部と、他の構成部品の回転軸に設けられたトルク出力部とトルク伝達可能に連結可能なトルク入力部のうち、少なくとも一方を備え、
各構成部品のハウジングに設けられた凸嵌合部が、他の何れの構成部品のハウジングに設けられた凹嵌合部とでも嵌合可能であると共に、
各構成部品の回転軸に設けられたトルク出力部が、他の何れの構成部品の回転軸に設けられたトルク入力部とでも連結可能である電動アクチュエータのシリーズ。 - 構成部品として、前記回転軸の内周に挿入された出力軸を有し、前記回転軸の回転を前記出力軸の軸方向移動に変換する直動変換部を含み、
各構成部品の前記回転軸が、何れも内周に前記出力軸を挿入可能な円筒状を成した請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータのシリーズ。 - 各構成部品のハウジングの最外周部の軸方向と直交する方向の断面形状が同一である請求項1又は2に記載の電動アクチュエータのシリーズ。
