It is very important to perform hygiene management on work clothes and work caps worn in food factories, medical sites, etc., and it is necessary to wash them with bleach or hot water every day or every other day. The core material inserted into the clothes such as work clothes and work caps is rapidly deteriorated by repeated wearing and washing, causing a shape change, and twisting, bending, and distortion occur.
In addition, the collar of the work cap protects the face from dust and falling objects during work, prevents electric shock from contact with bare wires, protects the face from sharp objects and corners in the front, and the collar of the cover is hot. It plays a very important role such as protecting the face when it comes into contact or when high-temperature chips fly during machining, and there is a risk that the core material may break or be distorted.
Thus, it is important for the core material to maintain its shape even when used over time, and it is desired that the core material absorbs shock caused by collision from the outside, has heat resistance, and has high heat insulation properties. .

However, since the core material of the brim for caps described in Patent Documents 1-3 is formed of a heat-sensitive material such as an elastic synthetic resin plate, cardboard, a polystyrene foam plate, or a plastic plate, hot water having a high temperature, etc. If you wash repeatedly, it will quickly deteriorate and change its shape, and if the brim comes in contact with a hot machine or if hot chips come in, the core material may burn or melt, which is very dangerous. It is.
In addition, maintaining the shape of the core material and flexibly deforming and restoring the core material are considered, but no consideration is given to the shock absorption of the core material.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a core material for clothing that is durable and can be kept in a proper shape even after aged use, is lightweight, has high shock absorption, heat resistance, and heat insulation. .

The core material for clothing according to the present invention has a two-layer structure in which a first layer and a second layer are overlapped, and the holes are formed in the first layer and the second layer, respectively. To do.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the position of the hole in the first layer and the position of the hole in the second layer are provided in a state shifted in the horizontal direction.

(First embodiment of the present invention)
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a clothing core material 100 according to a first embodiment to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA showing the clothing core material 100 according to the first embodiment. It is. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing the porous portion 10 (the first layer 10a is indicated by a solid line and the second layer 10b is indicated by a broken line) of the clothing core material 100 of the first embodiment.
The core material 100 for clothing according to the present embodiment is a core member that is inserted into a necessary portion of clothing such as clothes, shoes, hats, accessories, and supporters to be worn on the body to maintain and reinforce the shape and protect the body. There is a porous portion 10 in which a large number of holes are formed at a central location, and a peripheral edge portion 20 formed so as to surround the periphery of the porous portion 10.
The core material 100 for clothing is formed into a crescent shape as a whole, and is formed from a silicone resin. Silicone resins are characterized by thermal stability, insulation and self-extinguishing properties that do not change at 220 ° C. or lower, and can provide a core material with sufficient strength and high heat resistance. Here, the case where the core material 100 for clothing is used as the core material of the brim for hats has been described as an example, but it is not limited to the crescent shape but can be appropriately selected depending on the clothing to be used.
The core material 100 for clothing has a length of about 18 cm, a width of about 7.5 cm, and a thickness of about 0.1 cm.

The porous portion 10 is a portion where a large number of holes 11 a, 11 b,... Are formed, and is provided at the center of the clothing core material 100. The porous portion 10 has a two-layer structure, and is formed in a state where the first layer 10a and the second layer 10b are overlapped and joined. The first layer 10a and the second layer 10b may be integrally formed by pouring a silicone resin into the mold, or the first layer and the second layer formed separately may be bonded using an adhesive or the like. May be.
The shapes of the holes 11a and 11b are formed in a regular hexagon, and the holes 11a and 11b are arranged in the first layer 10a and the second layer 10b so as to minimize a gap to form a honeycomb structure (honeycomb structure). ing. Further, the positions of the holes 11a of the first layer 10a and the holes 11b of the second layer 10b are provided in a state shifted in the horizontal direction with respect to the plane of the clothing core material 100. In the present embodiment, the hole 11b is displaced from the hole 11a in the horizontal direction by half the length of the diagonal line connecting the opposite vertices of the regular hexagon, and the hole 11a is located at the center of the hole 11a (regular hexagon). The holes 11a and 11b are arranged so that the apex of 11b is located.
The peripheral portion 20 is a member formed so as to surround the periphery of the porous portion 10, and the thickness of the peripheral portion 20 is smaller than the thickness of the porous portion 10.

Thus, since many holes 11a and 11b are formed in the porous part 10, even if it uses a silicone resin with large specific gravity as a core material, the core material 100 for clothes can be reduced in weight and it is a minimum material. It is possible to provide the core material 100 for clothing, and it is possible to provide a core material that has good air permeability and is less likely to be steamed by the large number of holes 11a and 11b.
In addition, the honeycomb structure (honeycomb structure) has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, high rigidity, wide surface area, high shock absorption, and heat insulation performance. It is possible to absorb the impact by dispersing it on the surface, and it is possible to prevent external heat from passing by confining the air inside the numerous holes.
By making the porous portion 10 into a honeycomb structure (honeycomb structure), it becomes possible to appropriately protect the face by absorbing the impact received from dust and falling objects during work, sharp objects or corners in front, Even when the brim comes into contact with high-temperature equipment or high-temperature chips, it is possible to prevent body damage due to burns or the like due to the heat insulation effect.
Further, the porous portion 10 has a two-layer structure and is formed in a state in which the positions of the holes 11a of the first layer 10a and the holes 11b of the second layer 10b are shifted, thereby improving the strength and flexibility of the clothing core material 100. It becomes possible to prevent breakage such as brim and shape loss due to use.

FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a work cap using the clothing core material 100 of the first embodiment.
The core material 100 for clothing formed as described above is used by being inserted into the brim portion 31 of the work cap 30. Since the core material 100 for clothing is formed of silicone resin and has a honeycomb structure, the collar is damaged due to the shape stability and heat resistance of the core material 100 for clothing even if the work cap 30 is frequently washed. In addition, the face can be properly protected.

(Second embodiment of the present invention)
FIG. 5 is an enlarged view showing the porous portion 210 (the first layer 210a is indicated by a solid line and the second layer 210b is indicated by a broken line) of the clothing core material 200 of the second embodiment to which the present invention is applied. These are the enlarged views which show the other example (porous part 310) of the clothing core material 300 of the said embodiment (The 1st layer 310a is shown as a continuous line, and the 2nd layer 310b is shown with a broken line.).
Although the holes 11a and 11b of the clothing core material 100 of the first embodiment are formed in a regular hexagon, the clothing core materials 200 and 300 of the second embodiment of the present invention have a regular circular or regular shape. Since the configuration is a triangle and the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same portions, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.
A large number of holes 211a, 211b, 311a, and 311b are formed in the porous portions 210 and 310 of the clothing core materials 200 and 300, and a two-layer structure of a first layer 210a and 310a and a second layer 210b and 310b is formed. Yes.
The shapes of the holes 211a and 211b are formed in a regular circle, and the holes 211a and 211b are arranged in the first layer 210a and the second layer 210b so as to minimize a gap to form a honeycomb structure (honeycomb structure). ing. When the shape of the holes 211a and 211b is a regular circle, the gap between the holes 211a and 211b is increased as compared with the case of the regular hexagonal shape, and the total area of the holes 211a and 211b is decreased. However, since the shape of the hole is a perfect circle, the core material 200 for clothing can be easily formed, and the production can be simplified.
It is also possible to make the holes 311a and 311b into regular triangles. The equilateral triangle is structurally stronger than the regular hexagon. Therefore, if the regular triangular holes 311a and 311b are arranged without gaps to form a honeycomb structure (honeycomb structure), it is possible to provide a strong core material for clothing having high strength.
The shape of the holes 211a, 211b, 311a, 311b may be a quadrangle, and can be appropriately selected depending on the use of the core material for clothes.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the case where the core material 100 for clothing is used as a brim core of a hat has been described, but breast cups such as brassiere, body suit, brass slip, bra camisole, bustier, leotard, swimwear and sportswear It can also be applied as a protective core material for supporters and corsets.
Moreover, although the porous parts 10, 210, 310 were provided in the whole center location of the clothing core materials 100, 200, 300, only a part of the clothing core materials 100, 200, 300, such as being provided only at both ends. It is also possible to provide it.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the shape of the hole provided in the first layer and the second layer is the same shape, but the shape of the hole provided in the first layer is a regular hexagon and the shape of the hole provided in the second layer. It is also possible to make the holes provided in the first layer and the second layer have different shapes, such as an equilateral triangle. For example, when the shape of the hole is a regular triangle and a regular hexagon, it has both high shock absorption, which is the characteristic when using a regular hexagon as a honeycomb structure, and the strength when using a regular triangle as a honeycomb structure. A core material can be provided.
And it is also possible to make the shape of the hole different for every region of the core material, such as the shape of the hole at the center of the clothing core material is a regular hexagon and the both ends of the core material is a regular triangle shape of the hole ( FIG. 8). For example, the center part of the core material may be a regular hexagonal hole that has a large effect of absorbing the impact of the impacting object, and both ends of the core material may be a strong regular triangle hole to prevent damage such as brim breakage or shape loss. Is possible.
Further, although the porous portion 10 of the present embodiment has a two-layer structure, a one-layer structure may be used from the viewpoint of simplification of production and reduction of material costs (FIG. 7).
