Claims (10)
- 燃料フィルタ(1)の水位センサ装置(5)であって、
プリント回路基板(6)と、
導電性プラスチック(7)でできた水位センサ(4)とを備え、
上記水位センサ(4)は、導電性の金属要素(8)、特に真鍮要素(8’)を介して上記プリント回路基板(6)に接続されており、
上記金属要素(8)、特に上記真鍮要素(8’)は、圧入アセンブリ(9)を介して上記水位センサ(4)に接続されている
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1において、
上記金属要素(8)は、エッジの鋭い、特にもみの木状または鋸歯状の固定輪郭(10)であって、上記金属要素(8)を押し込む時に上記プラスチック(7)を引き裂く固定輪郭(10)を有する
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記水位センサ(4)は、上記金属要素(8)が押し入れられる開口を有する
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記プリント回路基板(6)は、上記金属要素(8)が押し入れられ、固定され、またはリベット止めされる開口(12)を有する
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項4において、
上記金属要素(8)は、上記開口(12)に押し入れられて周辺領域に径方向力を及ぼすテンションアーム(13)を有していて、該テンションアームを介して上記開口(12)に自らを固定しているか、
または、
上記金属要素(8)は、戻り止めアーム(14)を有していて、該戻り止めアームを介して上記開口(12)にロックされている
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記金属要素(8)は、カラー(15)を有していて、該カラーを介して、組立状態において、上記水位センサ(4)に対して、および/または上記プリント回路基板(6)に対して当接している
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項において、
上記導電性プラスチック(7)は、特に少なくとも8重量%、好ましくは約40重量%の炭素繊維を含む繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックである
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
上記導電性プラスチック(7)は、補強要素としてのガラス繊維を含む
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記導電性プラスチック(7)は、PA66GF22 CF8であり、22重量%のガラス繊維と、8重量%の炭素繊維とを含むポリアミド66を有するか、
または、
上記導電性プラスチック(7)は、PA66CF40であり、40重量%の炭素繊維を含むポリアミド66を有する
ことを特徴とする水位センサ装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の水位センサ装置(5)を備えた燃料フィルタ(1)。
