Abstract
Description
− 各膨張器について、膨張器の開度を得るステップと、
− 膨張器の得られた開度に基づいて代表開度ODrepを同定するステップと、
− 代表開度ODrepを既定の目標開度ODtargetと比較するステップと、
− 比較に基づいて、レシーバの内部に広がる圧力に対する最小設定値SPrecを計算または調整するステップと、
− 計算または調整された最小設定値SPrecに等しいかまたはそれより高いレシーバの内部の圧力を得るように蒸気圧縮システムを制御するステップと
を含む。
Claims (7)
- 蒸気圧縮システム(1)を制御する方法であって、前記蒸気圧縮システム(1)は、1つまたは複数の圧縮機(3、4、16)を含む圧縮機ユニット(2)、廃熱熱交換器(5)、レシーバ(7)、少なくとも1つの膨張器(8)、および冷媒経路内に配置された少なくとも1つの蒸発器(9)を含み、各膨張器(8)は、蒸発器(9)への冷媒の供給を制御するように配置され、前記方法は、
− 各膨張器(8)について、前記膨張器(8)の開度を得るステップと、
− 前記膨張器(8)の前記得られた開度に基づいて代表開度ODrepを同定するステップと、
− 前記代表開度ODrepを既定の目標開度ODtargetと比較するステップと、
− 前記比較に基づいて、前記レシーバ(7)の内部に広がる圧力に対する最小設定値SPrecを計算または調整するステップと、
− 前記計算または調整された最小設定値SPrecに等しいかまたはそれより高い前記レシーバ(7)の内部の圧力を得るように前記蒸気圧縮システム(1)を制御するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 代表開度ODrepを同定する前記ステップは、前記膨張器(8)の前記得られた開度の中の最大開度として最大開度ODmaxを同定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最小設定値SPrecを計算または調整する前記ステップは、前記代表開度ODrepが前記目標開度ODtargetより小さい場合に前記最小設定値SPrecを低減させることを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 最小設定値SPrecを計算または調整する前記ステップは、前記代表開度ODrepが前記目標開度ODtargetより大きい場合に前記最小設定値SPrecを増加させることを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レシーバ(7)の気体出口(10)は、バイパス弁(14)を介して前記圧縮機ユニット(2)の入口に連結され、前記蒸気圧縮システム(1)を制御する前記ステップは、前記バイパス弁(14)を動作させることにより、前記レシーバ(7)の内部に広がる前記圧力を制御することを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮機ユニット(2)は、前記蒸発器(9)の出口と前記廃熱熱交換器(5)の入口との間に連結された1つまたは複数の主圧縮機(3、16)、および前記レシーバ(7)の気体出口(10)と前記廃熱熱交換器(5)の入口との間に連結された1つまたは複数のレシーバ圧縮機(4、16)を含み、前記蒸気圧縮システム(1)を制御する前記ステップは、前記レシーバ圧縮機(4、16)への冷媒供給を制御することにより、前記レシーバ(7)の内部に広がる前記圧力を制御することを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気圧縮システム(1)は、エジェクタ(6)、前記エジェクタ(6)の一次入口(11)に連結される前記廃熱熱交換器(5)の出口、前記レシーバ(7)に連結される前記エジェクタ(6)の出口、および前記圧縮機ユニット(2)の入口と、前記エジェクタ(6)の二次入口(13)とに連結される前記蒸発器(9)の出口をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
