Claims (15)
- ガラス曲げ装置であって、
曲げチャンバ(8)と、
吸引作用により少なくとも1つのガラス板(I,II)を保持する工具(1)であって、下方に向けられた、枠状の凸の接触面(2)と、前記接触面(2)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する周囲の空気案内板(4)を有するカバー(3)とを備え、空気流(L)を前記ガラス板(I,II)のエッジに少なくとも部分的に沿うように案内し、これにより前記ガラス板(I,II)を前記接触面(2)に押し付けるように構成されている工具(1)と、
通気管(6)と戻し管(7)とを介して前記曲げチャンバ(8)に接続されている送風機(5)であって、前記送風機(5)は、前記空気流(L)を発生させるために前記工具(1)と前記通気管(6)とを介して前記曲げチャンバ(8)から空気を吸い込み、かつ前記戻し管(7)を介して前記曲げチャンバ(8)内に前記空気を戻すように構成されており、前記戻し管(7)は前記工具(1)より上側で前記曲げチャンバ(8)に接続されている、送風機(5)と、
を有するガラス曲げ装置。 - 前記ガラス板(I,II)が戻された前記空気流(L)によって干渉されないように、前記戻し管(7)が前記曲げチャンバ(8)に接続されている、請求項1記載のガラス曲げ装置。
- 前記戻し管(7)は前記曲げチャンバ(8)の上方に接続されている、請求項1または2記載のガラス曲げ装置。
- 前記送風機(5)は、前記曲げチャンバ(8)の側方または上方に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガラス曲げ装置。
- 前記通気管(6)と、前記送風機(5)と、前記戻し管(7)とにより形成される回路には加熱装置が設けられていない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のガラス曲げ装置。
- 全面的な下側の曲げ型(10)を有しており、前記下側の曲げ型は、前記少なくとも1つのガラス板(I,II)を、前記工具(1)と前記下側の曲げ型(10)との間でプレス曲げステップにかけるために、前記工具(1)の下方に移動可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のガラス曲げ装置。
- 重力曲げ型(9)を有しており、前記重力曲げ型は、前記曲げチャンバ(8)内へ前記工具(1)の下方へと移動可能である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガラス曲げ装置。
- 前記通気管(6)には可動のフラップ(14)が設けられており、前記フラップにより、前記通気管(6)を完全に、または部分的に閉鎖することができる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のガラス曲げ装置。
- 曲げチャンバ(8)内で実施する、少なくとも1つのガラス板(I,II)を曲げる方法であって、少なくとも1つの保持ステップを有し、前記保持ステップでは、上側の型としての工具(1)を使用し、前記工具は、下方に向けられた、枠状の凸の接触面(2)と、前記ガラス板(I,II)をそのエッジに沿うように案内される空気流(L)により重力作用に抗して前記工具(1)に保持するために、前記接触面(2)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する周囲の空気案内板(4)を有するカバー(3)とを有しており、
前記空気流(L)を送風機(5)により発生させ、前記送風機は、前記空気流(L)を発生させるために、前記工具(1)と通気管(6)とを介して前記曲げチャンバ(8)から空気を吸い込み、戻し管(7)を介して前記工具(1)の上方で前記曲げチャンバ(8)内に空気を戻す、少なくとも1つのガラス板(I,II)を曲げる方法。 - 重ねられた2つのガラス板(I,II)をペア状に同時に曲げる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 重力曲げ型(9)上にある前記ガラス板(I,II)を前記曲げチャンバ(8)内へ搬送し、前記重力曲げ型(9)上で予備曲げし、
前記ガラス板(I,II)を前記工具(1)によって前記重力曲げ型(9)からピックアップする、請求項9または10記載の方法。 - プレス曲げステップを有し、プレス曲げステップでは、前記ガラス板(I,II)を前記工具(1)と全面的な下側の曲げ型(10)との間で曲げる、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記下側の曲げ型(10)には開口が設けられており、前記ガラス板(I,II)をさらに変形させるのに適した吸引作用を前記開口により前記ガラス板(I,II)に加える、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス板(I,II)を前記プレス曲げ後に、冷却のために、下側の載置型へと、好適には重力曲げ型(9)へと引き渡す、請求項12または13記載の方法。
- 吸引作用により工具(1)に少なくとも1つのガラス板(I,II)を保持するために空気流(L)を発生させるための、ガラス曲げ装置における送風機(5)の使用であって、前記工具(1)と通気管(6)とを介して曲げチャンバ(8)から空気を吸い込み、かつ戻し管(7)を介して前記曲げチャンバ(8)内に前記空気を戻すことにより前記空気流(L)を発生させ、前記戻し管(7)は前記工具(1)より上側で前記曲げチャンバ(8)に接続されている、ガラス曲げ装置における送風機(5)の使用。
