Description
a.連絡:心停止の即時認識と緊急医療サービス(SEM)の助けを求める。
b. 蘇生:胸骨圧迫に重点を置いた早期心肺蘇生(CPR)。
c. 除細動:自動体外式除細動器(AED)をすばやく適用する。
d. 処置:効果的な高度生命維持の提供。
e. モニタリング:心停止後の完全なケア。
- 医療緊急装置への迅速なアクセス
- 早期心肺蘇生(CPR)。基本的なCPRは、不確定な方法で、重要な機能を代用するが、より成功率の高い決定的な処置を適用できるように、数分を稼ぐことができる。多くの研究では、プロのチームが到着する前に、基本的なCPRが目撃者によって開始されない場合、CRPの生存率がどのように低下するかを示している。
- 早期除細動:隔離作用としてVFの処置において、予後を決定する決め手となる。最良の結果は、90秒前または少なくとも6分前に最初の除細動を行うことが可能な場合に達成される。
- 高度生命維持:生命維持機能の安定化と引き起こす原因に対する処置を完了する必要があることを示す。早期除細動で直ちに達成される結果は、高度な生命維持技術のセットが10分前に関連付けられている場合に統合される。これらの措置がとられなければ、生存率は5.5%の率で低下する。

Claims (6)
- 心肺蘇生の場合に救急サービスが到着する前に使用される心臓蘇生のための認識および処置装置であり、次を特徴とする。
- 電極を介して個人の心拍数を分析する媒体と、心臓の電気信号を処理するためのチップ。
- 光信号または視覚信号および/または音声信号など、心臓マッサージを適用する必要があるか否かの指標手段。
- プレチスモグラフ技術を用いた血圧分析手段。
- 加速度計装置、ジャイロスコープを備える心臓蘇生のガイドを行う手段。 - 心臓蘇生のための認識および処置装置であり、請求項1に記載の方法において、心拍を分析する手段と、血圧を測定する手段と、心臓マッサージを適用する必要性を示す手段は、第1のリストバンド(1)に収納されていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項2に記載の心臓蘇生のための認識および処置装置であり、 電極はその背面によってリストバンド(1)内に収納されていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1に記載の 心臓蘇生のための認識および処置装置であり、心臓蘇生を行う前記手段が第2のリストバンド(6)内に収納されており、患者に与えられるマッサージの圧力、深さ及び頻度に関する情報を提供する機能を有し、一方では、 ジャイロスコープを用いて傾きを分析することによって手の位置を補正する。
- 請求項1または4に記載の心臓蘇生のための認識および処置装置であり、電極は、ケーブル(10)を介して第1のリストバンド(1)に接続され、ブレスレット(1)または(6)のいずれかのスロット(7)に収納された心電計ECG(9)ヘッドフォンであることを特徴とする。
- 請求項2または4に記載の心臓蘇生認識および処置装置であり、双方のリストバンドは自律的かつ独立しており、起動によりすべてのデータを保存するメモリを有し、 無線通信手段(10)と他の外部装置(11)との間で無線通信を行うための手段、および、双方のリストバンドは、スクリーン、ストップウォッチ、視覚的および聴覚的な警報手段を備えている。
