Claims (14)
- ワークスペースの上に格子を形成している、2つの実質的に垂直なレールのセットを備えているロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステムにおいて、
前記ワークスペースは、複数の積み重ねられたコンテナを備え、前記ロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステムは、前記ワークスペース上の格子上で動作する複数のロボット積み荷取り扱い装置をさらに備え、
前記ロボット積み荷取り扱い装置は、ホイール上に搭載された本体と、第1のレールのセットのうちの少なくとも2つのレールと係合するように配置された第1のホイールのセットと、第2のレールのセットうちの少なくとも2つのレールに係合するように配置された第2のホイールのセットと、を備え、
前記第1のホイールのセットは、前記第2のホイールのセットに関して、独立して移動可能であり、そして駆動可能であり、このことで、
動いているとき、1セットのホイールのみが前記格子に常に係合され、前記レールに係合されているホイールのセットのみを駆動することにより、前記レールに沿って、前記格子上の任意のポイントに移動することが可能とされ、
前記ロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステムは、移動手段、運搬手段及び移動ポイントをさらに備え、前記移動手段は、コンテナ取り扱い装置によって配送される複数のコンテナを受け取るように適合された複数の横積み荷取り扱い装置を備え、
移動積み荷取り扱い装置は、前記ロボット積み荷取り扱い装置による収集のために、移動ポイントへ前記運搬手段に沿って動くことが可能である、ロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。 - 運搬手段、移動手段、及び移動ポイントをさらに備え、それにより、前記ロボット積み荷取り扱い装置が同時に複数のコンテナを移動できるようにする、請求項1に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 制御手段をさらに備え、前記制御手段は、前記ロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム中の前記複数のコンテナ又は各コンテナのロケーションを監視又は追跡するためのユーティリティを備える、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記複数のコンテナ又は各コンテナは、識別手段を備え、前記識別手段は、前記ロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム中の前記複数のコンテナ又は各コンテナのロケーションを可能にする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記コンテナは、前記複数のコンテナ又は各コンテナの物理的特性を制御及び/又は監視するためのサービス手段を備える、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記ワークスペースは、前記複数のコンテナのスタック上の前記格子を支持するフレームワークを備える、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- フレームワーク及び格子は、前記格子、フレームワーク、又は複数のコンテナの、物理的特性を制御及び/又は監視するためのサービス手段が設けられる、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記ロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステムはクレーン手段をさらに備え、前記クレーン手段はクレーン積み荷取り扱い装置をさらに備え、前記クレーン積み荷取り扱い装置は、コンテナと接続する手段と、前記コンテナを前記移動ポイントに輸送する手段と、前記コンテナを前記横積み荷取り扱い装置に移動する手段とを備える、請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記運搬手段は、複数のコンテナを移動することができる運搬手段を備える、請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記複数のコンテナ又は各コンテナは、輸送コンテナを備える、請求項1から9のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記ワークスペースは、輸送コンテナ港のための保管及び分類エリアを備える、請求項1から10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記格子の一部分は、車移動エリア上に伸長し、前記ロボット積み荷取り扱い装置は、複数のコンテナを前記ワークスペースから前記車移動エリア中に位置付けられている車に動かすように適合している、請求項11に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 前記コンテナは、コンテナ船のような船舶に移動し、又は、コンテナ船のような船舶から移動される、請求項1から12のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステム。
- 請求項1から13のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロボットコンテナ取り扱いシステムを利用する、複数のコンテナを移動する方法。
