Description
150〜400m2/gのBET表面積、
100〜300g/lのタップ密度および
25℃で500mPas未満の増粘性を有する。
該エネルギー入力は、最適には装置を用いて、少なくとも1kW、好ましくは1〜20kW、特に好ましくは2〜10kWの動力で行われる。特に好ましいのは、撹拌型ボールミル(Rotorkugelmuehle)の使用である。その粉砕用ボールは好ましくは鋼製である。撹拌型ボールミルを使用する場合に、PDは、入力された全ての、すなわちシリカおよび粉砕用ボールを含めた、動力に関する。PD,0は、無負荷の、すなわちシリカおよび粉砕用ボールを含まない動力を記載する。該撹拌型ボールミル中の該ヒュームドシリカの充填体積は、該撹拌型ボールミルの体積を基準としてそれぞれ、好ましくは10〜80体積%、好ましくは20〜50体積%である。該粉砕の期間は、好ましくは0.1〜120分、特に好ましくは0.2〜60分、極めて特に好ましくは0.5〜10分である。該粉砕の際に、水を、該シリカ量を基準として3質量%まで添加してよい。
引き続き、ビーズミル中:2〜3mmのCe安定化酸化ジルコニウムビーズ1400g、15分間、2000rpm、粉砕ディスク3枚で、酸化銅(I)を添加する。2000rpmで粉砕ディスク3枚で5分間分散させ、その後、該ビーズを篩い分ける。
ペイントローラー(短毛(4mm)の塗装用ベロアローラー、幅10cm)を用いて、研磨したPVC試験板(20×20cm)上に手で塗布する;乾燥膜厚100μm。
Claims (7)
- 塗装系であって、
防汚性金属酸化物とヒュームドシリカとを含有し、該ヒュームドシリカが、
150〜400m2/gのBET表面積、
100〜300g/lのタップ密度および
25℃で500mPas未満の増粘性を有することを特徴とする、塗装系。 - 該防汚性金属酸化物が、酸化銅、二酸化チタン、酸化鉄、酸化マンガン、酸化バナジウム、酸化スズおよび酸化亜鉛からなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の塗装系。
- 防汚性金属酸化物の割合が、該塗装系を基準として0.5〜60質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の塗装系。
- ヒュームドシリカの割合が、該塗装系を基準として5〜40質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の塗装系。
- 塗膜形成樹脂を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の塗装系。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか記載の塗装系でコーティングされた基材。
- スポーツ用ボート、商船、水中へ浸漬される建造物の水中領域のコーティングのための、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の塗装系の使用。
