‐ シールされた態様で互いに組み付けられて、第1伝熱流体が内部を流れる少なくとも1つの導管を形成するように構成された2つのフロープレートと、
‐ 少なくとも1つの容器プレートであって、前記2つのフロープレートのうちの一方の外面にシールされた態様で組み付けられて、前記熱交換材料のハウジングを形成するように構成された容器プレートと、
を含み、
相変化材料の容器を有する前記チューブは、前記相変化材料のための充填ダクトを更に有し、
前記充填ダクトの一端部は、相変化材料の容器を有する前記チューブの縁部のうちの一方に開放し、
前記充填ダクトは、一方で外部に向かう前記容器プレートの充填スパウトにより形成され、他方で前記2つのフロープレートのうちの一方の外面により形成され、
前記充填ダクトは、プラグを更に有し、
前記充填ダクト及び前記プラグは、相変化材料の容器を有する前記チューブの幅より狭い又はこれに等しい幅と、相変化材料の前記ハウジングの高さより低い又はこれに等しい高さと、有する容積内に収まる、
相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ、に関する。
Claims (12)
- 熱交換器の熱交換バンドル(100)用の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)であって、
‐ シールされた態様で互いに組み付けられて、第1伝熱流体が内部を流れる少なくとも1つの導管(31)を形成するように構成された2つのフロープレート(3)と、
‐ 少なくとも1つの容器プレート(5)であって、前記2つのフロープレート(3)のうちの一方の外面にシールされた態様で組み付けられて、前記相変化材料用のハウジングを形成するように構成された容器プレート(5)と、
を含み、
相変化材料の容器を有する前記チューブ(1)は、前記相変化材料用の充填ダクト(200)を更に有し、
前記充填ダクト(200)の一端部は、相変化材料の容器を有する前記チューブ(1)の縁部のうちの一方に開放し、
前記充填ダクト(200)は、一方で、外部に向かう前記容器プレート(5)の充填スパウト(201)により形成され、他方で、前記2つのフロープレート(3)のうちの一方の外面により形成され、
前記充填ダクト(200)は、プラグ(210)を更に有し、
前記充填ダクト(200)及び前記プラグ(210)は、相変化材料の容器を有する前記チューブ(1)の幅より狭い又はこれに等しい幅と、前記相変化材料の前記ハウジングの高さより低い又はこれに等しい高さと、有する容積内に収まる、
相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記充填ダクト(200)は、ストッパ(204)を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記プラグ(210)は、金属から製造される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記フロープレート(3)及び前記容器プレート(5)は、金属で作製されるとともにろう付けにより互いに固定され、
前記金属プラグ(210)は、前記プレートを互いにろう付けする際に固定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記プラグ(210)は、エラストマー又はプラスチック材料から製造される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記プラグ(210)は、前記充填ダクト(200)の内部で圧縮されるように、前記充填ダクト(200)の寸法より大きい寸法を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記充填ダクト(200)は、保持タング(202)を有し、
前記保持タング(202)は、相変化材料の容器を有する前記チューブ(1)の縁部のうちの一方に開放する前記充填ダクト(200)の前記端部に折り返される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記保持タング(202)は、前記容器プレート(5)と同じ材料で作製される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記プラグ(210)は、充填オリフィス(211)を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記保持タング(202)は、折り返されると、前記プラグ(210)の前記充填オリフィス(211)を覆う、
ことを特徴とする請求項9と組み合わせた請求項7又は8に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記保持タング(202)は、突起(203)を有し、
前記突起(203)は、前記保持タング(202)が折り返されたときに、前記プラグ(210)の前記充填オリフィス(211)に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるように設計される、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記容器プレート(5)の前記充填スパウト(201)と前記プラグ(210)との間に充填シール化合物を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の相変化材料の容器を有するチューブ(1)。
