Abstract
Description
(S1)一つ以上の負極、一つ以上の正極及び一つ以上の分離膜を含み、ここで、負極と正極とは分離膜が介されて電気的に絶縁された状態で積層された積層構造体を準備する段階と、
(S2)前記積層構造体を一対の圧着ローラーの間を通過させて圧着する圧着工程を行って単位セルを準備する段階と、を含み、
前記(S2)段階によって得られた単位セルが、曲率半径Rで湾曲した形態を有することである。
本発明の第8実施形態は、前記第7実施形態において、前記上部ジグ及び下部ジグが、圧着時に相互重ねられるように同一方向に湾曲したことである。
(S2)前記積層構造体を圧着して単位セルを準備する段階、
(S3)前記(S2)によって得られた二つ以上の単位セルを積層して圧着する段階。

Claims (11)
- (S1)一つ以上の負極、一つ以上の正極及び一つ以上の分離膜を含み、ここで、負極と正極とは分離膜が介されて電気的に絶縁された状態で積層された積層構造体を準備する段階と、
(S2)前記積層構造体を一対の圧着ローラーの間を通過させて圧着する圧着工程を行って単位セルを準備する段階と、を含み、
前記(S2)の段階によって得られた単位セルが、曲率半径Rで湾曲した形態を有する、湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。 - (S3)前記(S2)の段階によって得られた二つ以上の単位セルを積層して圧着する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記(S2)の段階を行う前、単位セルが曲率半径Rで湾曲した形態を有するようにロールラミネーション工程条件が設定される段階(S2’)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記(S2)の段階が、加熱条件で行われる、請求項1に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記(S2)の圧着ローラーは、設定された温度、圧力及び/またはローラーの回転速度が制御可能な制御装置を備える、請求項1に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記単位セルが、同一の温度、圧力及び/またはローラーの回転速度で制御された(S2)の段階によって得られる、請求項2に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記(S3)の段階は湾曲型のジグを用いて行われ、前記ジグが、a)前記電極積層体が載置され、熱圧着時に前記電極積層体を上方に支持する下部ジグと、b)前記電極積層体を下方に加圧する上部ジグと、を備え、前記下部ジグ及び上部ジグは曲率半径Rを有する、請求項2に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記上部ジグ及び下部ジグが、圧着時に相互重ねられるように同一方向に湾曲した、請求項7に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 曲率半径Rを有する複数の単位セルを積層して電極組立体を製造する方法であって、ここで前記単位セルのうち最長曲率半径R1を有する単位セルと最短曲率半径R2を有する単位セルとの曲率半径の差を示す曲率半径の最大差が10%以内である、湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記単位セルが、ロールラミネーション工程によって予め設定された曲率半径Rを有するように湾曲して準備される、請求項9に記載の湾曲型電極組立体の製造方法。
