・耐火性粒子の粉末を含むスリップを、前記繊維織物の前記第2面と前記ダイヤフラムとの間の前記含浸チャンバに注入するステップと、
・圧縮流体を前記成形チャンバに注入するステップであって、前記流体が、前記ダイヤフラムに圧力を加えて、前記スリップが前記繊維織物を通過するように強いる、前記注入するステップと、
・耐火性粒子で満たされた繊維プリフォームを得るように、前記多孔性材料部分により、前記織物内部に前記耐火性粒子の粉末を保持しながら、前記繊維織物を通過した前記スリップの液体を前記多孔性材料部分を介して排液するステップと、
・前記繊維プリフォームを乾燥するステップと、
・前記繊維プリフォームを離型するステップと、
・前記繊維プリフォームに耐火性マトリックスを形成するように、前記繊維プリフォームに存在する前記耐火性粒子を焼結するステップとを含む前記方法を提供する。
Claims (8)
- 複合材料から部品を製造する方法において、
耐火性繊維から繊維織物(10)を形成するステップと、
前記繊維織物(10)を、前記繊維織物(10)の第1面(10b)が載っている多孔性材料部分(120)を底部に含む含浸チャンバ(101)を有するモールド(110)に置くステップであって、前記含浸チャンバ(101)が、前記繊維織物(10)の第2面(10a)に面して配置されている変形可能で不浸透性のダイヤフラム(140)によって上部で閉じられており、前記ダイヤフラム(140)が、前記含浸チャンバ(101)を成形チャンバ(102)と隔てる、前記置くステップと、
耐火性粒子の粉末を含むスリップ(150)を、前記繊維織物(10)の前記第2面(10a)と前記ダイヤフラム(140)との間の前記含浸チャンバに注入するステップと、
圧縮流体(160)を前記成形チャンバ(102)に注入するステップであって、前記圧縮流体が、前記ダイヤフラム(140)に圧力を加えて、前記スリップ(150)が前記繊維織物(10)を通過するように強いる、前記注入するステップと、
耐火性粒子で満たされた繊維プリフォーム(20)を得るように、前記多孔性材料部分(120)により前記繊維織物(10)内部に前記耐火性粒子の粉末を保持しながら、前記繊維織物を通過した前記スリップの液体を、前記多孔性材料部分(120)を介して排液するステップと、
前記繊維プリフォーム(20)を乾燥するステップと、
前記繊維プリフォーム(20)を離型するステップと、
前記繊維プリフォームに耐火性マトリックスを形成するように、前記繊維プリフォームに存在する耐火性粒子を焼結するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記多孔性材料部分が、硬質であり、製造される前記複合材料からなる部品の形状に合う形状を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性材料部分(120)が変形可能であり、前記モールド(110)の底部(111)が、製造される前記複合材料からなる部品の形状に対応する形状を表し、前記多孔性材料部分(120)が、前記モールド(110)の前記底部(111)の形状を為していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維織物を形成する前記ステップの間、糸を3次元織りで織ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維織物を、2次元織りを用いて織ったプライを積み重ねることにより製造し、前記繊維織物が、0.5mm以上の厚さを表すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維プリフォームの糸を、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、アルミノ珪酸塩、硼珪酸塩、炭化珪素、及び炭素の材料の1種以上から成っている繊維により形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 耐火性粒子が、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、アルミノ珪酸塩、アルミノリン酸塩、ジルコニア、カーバイド、ホウ化物、及びニトリドから選択される材料から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 得られる前記複合材料からなる部品が、タービンエンジンブレードを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
