Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 成分を水和させる混合室であって、
蓄積室に成分を送出する成分入口と、
前記蓄積室に設けられ、前記蓄積室の壁に対して前記成分を向かわせる分流器と、
前記蓄積室から前記成分を受け取る混合管と、
前記分流器の下方に配置され、前記成分が前記分流器を通過した後、液体が前記成分に液体が接触するように前記液体を放出する放出ノズルと
を具備する混合室。 - 前記分流器は先細状をなす、請求項1に記載の混合室。
- 前記蓄積室は先細区域を有する、請求項1に記載の混合室。
- 前記分流器は先細状をなし、前記分流器の先細は前記蓄積室の先細とは逆向きである、請求項3に記載の混合室。
- 前記放出ノズルは、前記成分が前記分流器を通過した後、前記成分に液体が接触すべく前記液体を放出する、請求項1に記載の混合室。
- 前記放出ノズルは円錐形の噴霧パターンで液体を放出する、請求項5に記載の混合室。
- 前記成分入口は、該成分入口と前記蓄積室とを接続するオリフィスを含み、該オリフィスのサイズは変更可能である、請求項1に記載の混合室。
- 前記成分入口は外側スリーブ及び内側スリーブを含み、前記オリフィスのサイズは前記内側スリーブに対して前記外側スリーブを摺動させて変更可能である、請求項7に記載の混合室。
- 前記内側スリーブに対して前記外側スリーブを摺動させる調整ノブを更に具備する、請求項8に記載の混合室。
- 前記放出ノズルは前記分流器の底に連結されている、請求項1に記載の混合室。
- 複数のノズルサポートが前記蓄積室内に前記分流器を位置付けている、請求項10に記載の混合室。
- 少なくとも1つのノズルサポートは前記放出ノズルに液体を供給する液体供給ラインを形成する、請求項11に記載の混合室。
- 成分を水和させる混合室において、
蓄積室にオリフィスを通じて成分を向かわせる成分入口と、
前記蓄積室に設けられ、外部に向けて先細状をなして前記成分を前記蓄積室の壁に向かわせる分散円錐体であって、前記蓄積室の前記壁が内部に向けて先細状をなして前記成分を混合室の中心に向かわせる、分散円錐体と、
前記蓄積室から前記成分を受け取る混合管と、
前記分散円錐体の下方に配置され、前記成分が前記混合管を通じて降下する際、液体を円錐形の噴霧パターンで放出し、前記成分に液体を接触させる放出ノズルと
を具備する、混合室。 - 前記分散円錐体は複数のノズルサポートによって前記蓄積室に保持され、前記ノズルサポートの1つは、前記放出ノズルに液体を供給する液体供給ラインを形成する、請求項13に記載の混合室。
- 乾燥成分のための水和室であって、
蓄積室に成分を向かわせる乾燥成分入口と、
前記蓄積室に設けられ、前記成分を前記蓄積室の壁に向かわせる偏向器と、
前記偏向器の下方にて前記蓄積室に配置され、前記成分が前記蓄積室を通過する際、前記成分に向けて水和液体を放出する水和分配器と
を具備する、水和室。 - 混合管を更に具備し、
前記蓄積室が先細状をなして前記成分を前記混合管の中心に向かわせる、請求項15に記載の水和室。 - 前記偏向器は外部に向けて先細状をなし、前記成分を前記蓄積室の壁に向かわせる、請求項15に記載の水和室。
- 前記偏向器は、55度よりも少ない角度の先細状をなす、請求項15に記載の水和室。
- 前記偏向器は複数のサポートにより前記蓄積室の中心に位置付けられている、請求項15に記載の水和室。
- 前記複数のサポートのうちの少なくとも1つは水和流体の供給ラインである、請求項19に記載の水和室。
