Abstract
Description
ガイド部302(図4参照)は噴射孔形成部材301の内周側にあり、プランジャロッド102の先端側(下端側)とガイド面となりながら僅かな隙間(たとえば7um〜17um)を有し、中心軸線100aに沿う方向(開閉弁方向)にプランジャロッド102が移動する際の案内となる。なお、弁体303は、先端が先細り形状となっているが、球体形状のものを用いてもよい。
図5は、図4における流路部を3つにした場合の例である。また図8は、孔の傾斜方向と平行な傾斜方向中心軸線440における断面図を示す。この場合、弁体の中心軸100aと直交し、かつ噴孔の傾斜方向と平行な傾斜方向中心軸線440を境に、前記傾斜方向中心軸線440と直交する方向にある流路部(500aと500c)の総断面積が、前記傾斜方向中心軸線と平行する方向にある流路部(500b)の総断面積よりも大きく形成されている。また噴孔の傾斜側に位置する流路部500bの総断面積が、反傾斜側に位置する流路部(500aと500c)の総断面積よりも小さく形成されており、実施例1で説明した各流路部の断面積の関係は成立している。実施例2の構造とすることで、実施例1と比較して作業工数を低減することが可能となる。

Claims (8)
- シート部に対して着座又は離座する弁体と、
前記弁体を摺動可能に案内する複数のガイド部と、
周方向に隣り合うガイド部同士の間に形成される複数の流路部と、を備えた燃料噴射装置において、
前記複数の流路部のうち、第1流路部の前記弁体の中心軸と直交する水平面の断面積が他の全ての流路部の前記水平面の断面積に比べて小さくなるように構成された燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置において、
前記シート部よりも下流側に形成された複数の噴射孔を有し、
前記水平面において前記複数の噴射孔の傾斜方向の全てに沿うように定義される噴射孔共通傾斜方向における下流側に、前記第1流路部が形成された燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置において、
前記複数の流路部のうち、前記噴射孔共通傾斜方向における上流側に形成された第2流路部の前記水平面の断面積が2番目に小さくなるように形成された燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射装置において、
前記第1流路部と前記第2流路部は前記水平面において互いに対向する位置に形成された燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置において、
前記噴射孔共通傾斜方向と直交する直交方向に第3流路部が形成され、前記第3流路部の前記水平面の断面積は前記第1流路部の前記水平面の断面積よりも大きくなるように形成された燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射装置において、
前記噴射孔共通傾斜方向と直交する直交方向に第3流路部が形成され、前記第3流路部の前記水平面の断面積は前記第1流路部及び前記第2流路部の前記水平面の断面積よりも大きくなるように形成された燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料噴射装置において、
前記水平面において前記第3流路部と対向する第4流路部が形成され、前記第4流路部の前記水平面の断面積は前記第1流路部の前記水平面の断面積よりも大きくなるように形成された燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置において、
前記噴射孔共通傾斜方向と直交する直交方向に第3流路部、及び前記水平面において前記第3流路部と対向する第4流路部とが形成され、前記第3流路部及び第4流路部の前記水平面の断面積は前記第1流路部及び前記第2流路部の前記水平面の断面積よりも大きくなるように形成された燃料噴射装置。
