Abstract

Claims (7)
- ブレーキディスク組立体であって、
ブレーキロータであって、環状窪み部を形成する内壁を有するブレーキロータと、
前記ブレーキロータ環状窪み部に収容されるアンチロックブレーキ検出リングとを備え、
前記ブレーキロータは複数の位置決めタブを有し、各位置決めタブは、前記ブレーキロータの前記内壁から前記ブレーキロータ環状窪み部内へ半径方向内方に延び、
各位置決めタブは、保持溝の一部として傾斜面を有し、
前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングは、複数の保持タブを有し、各保持タブは、前記ブレーキロータの2つの隣接する位置決めタブの間に位置付けられ、
ブレーキディスク組立体は、前記ブレーキロータの前記保持溝の少なくとも2つの前記傾斜面に対して位置付けられた保持リングを更に備え、
前記保持リングは、前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングの少なくとも2つの前記保持タブに対して位置付けられている、ディスクブレーキ組立体。 - 前記ブレーキロータは、前記ブレーキロータの上面から延びる隆起部を含み、
前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングは、前記ブレーキロータ隆起部に半径方向に隣接する内側対向面を含む、請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ組立体。 - 前記ブレーキロータは、前記ブレーキロータの上面から延びる隆起部を含み、
前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングは、前記ブレーキロータ隆起部に半径方向に隣接する外側対向面を含む、請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ組立体。 - 各アンチロックブレーキ検出保持タブは、前記ブレーキロータ環状窪み部内における前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングの回転が制限されるような態様で、前記ブレーキロータの2つの隣接する位置決めタブの間に位置付けられている、請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ組立体。
- ブレーキディスク組立体であって、
ブレーキロータであって、環状窪み部を形成する内壁を有する前記ブレーキロータと、
アンチロックブレーキ検出リングとを備え、
前記ブレーキロータは複数の位置決めタブを有し、各位置決めタブは、前記ブレーキロータの前記内壁から前記ブレーキロータ環状窪み部内へ半径方向内方に延び、
各位置決めタブは、保持溝の一部として傾斜面を有し、
前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングは、複数の保持タブを有し、各保持タブは、前記ブレーキロータの2つの隣接する位置決めタブの間に位置付けられ、
ブレーキディスク組立体は、前記ブレーキロータの前記保持溝の少なくとも2つの前記傾斜面に対して位置付けられた保持リングを更に備え、
前記保持リングは、前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングの少なくとも2つの前記保持タブに対して位置付けられている、ディスクブレーキ組立体。 - 前記ブレーキロータは、前記ブレーキロータの上面から延びる隆起部を含み、
前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングは、前記ブレーキロータ隆起部に半径方向に隣接する内側対向面を含む、請求項5に記載のディスクブレーキ組立体。 - 各アンチロックブレーキ検出保持タブは、前記ブレーキロータ環状窪み部内における前記アンチロックブレーキ検出リングの回転が制限されるような態様で、前記ブレーキロータの2つの隣接する位置決めタブの間に位置付けられている、請求項5に記載のディスクブレーキ組立体。
