Abstract
【解決手段】アクチュエータ本体100内に設けた弾発部材8とこの弾発部材により付勢されたピストンとエア圧によりピストンを動かすための少なくとも2つのエア室3a,3bを配置すると共に、弁閉方向に増幅された力を発揮させるための倍力機構1を何れかのエア室に収納した。

Claims (6)
- アクチュエータ本体内に設けた弾発部材とこの弾発部材により付勢されたピストンとエア圧によりピストンを動かすための少なくとも2つのエア室を配置すると共に、弁閉方向に増幅された力を発揮させるための倍力機構を何れかの前記エア室に収納したことを特徴とするバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 前記倍力機構は、一対のカム部材を共通の揺動軸に枢着し、この一対のカム部材を前記エア室内に収容するようにして構成し、このカム部材は、上端部には前記ピストンと当接する当接部が設けられ、一方、下端部には出力部材と当接するカム面が形成されており、前記弾発部材により付勢されたピストンの動力は、前記当接部を力点、前記揺動軸を支点、前記カム面を作用点として前記カム部材が前記揺動軸を介して回動することによって増幅されて前記出力部材に伝達されるようにした請求項1に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 前記当接部にはローラを有するローラ部を設け、このローラが前記ピストンとの当接面を転動することで、前記カム部材が前記揺動軸を介して回動するようにした請求項1又は2に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 前記出力部材は、前記カム部材の前記カム面と当接する大径部と、前記アクチュエータ下部のベースに形成された取付穴に嵌合可能な小径部とから成るディスク部材であり、前記取付穴内周面にはOリングを装着して前記小径部との間をシールするようにした請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 前記小径部の径は、前記エア室内へエアを供給した際、前記ディスク部材が、供給エア圧により前記エア室外側へ向けて押し出される圧力よりも、前記ダイヤフラムの自己復帰反力に基づいて前記エア室内側へ向けて動かされる力の方が大きくなる程度の径に設定した請求項4に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータを備え、前記出力部材を介してボデー内に設けた弁座シートにダイヤフラムを押圧して弁閉するようにしたダイヤフラムバルブ。
