Claims (5)
- 製鉄プロセスで発生する鉄含有副産物を原料の少なくとも一部として用い、この原料とバインダーとを混合し、ペレットまたはブリケットに加工して、製鋼工程で利用可能な製鋼用塊成物を製造する製鋼用塊成物の製造方法において、
前記原料のpHが10.5未満の場合には、前記バインダーとしてα澱粉およびデキストリンのうちの少なくともいずれかを用い、
前記原料のpHが10.5以上の場合には、前記バインダーとしてデキストリンを用いる
ことを特徴とする製鋼用塊成物の製造方法。 - バインダーとして、ベントナイト、糖蜜およびパルプ廃液のうちの少なくとも1種をさらに添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の製鋼用塊成物の製造方法。 - 原料の一部として油分含有スラッジと生石灰との混合物を用いる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の製鋼用塊成物の製造方法。 - 油分含有スラッジと生石灰との混合物は、生石灰の混合量が油分含有スラッジの含水量の30質量%以上120質量%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の製鋼用塊成物の製造方法。 - 油分含有スラッジと生石灰との混合物の配合量は、全原料に対して60質量%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の製鋼用塊成物の製造方法。
