Claims (7)
- 機関本体と、
前記機関本体の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
を備える内燃機関を制御するための内燃機関の制御装置であって、
所定の運転領域において、前記燃料噴射弁から少なくとも1次補助燃料、2次補助燃料、及び主燃料を順次噴射し、前記主燃料の噴射後に前記1次補助燃料を含む予混合気から順番に圧縮自着火燃焼させると共に、前記2次補助燃料を含む予混合気を圧縮自着火燃焼させたときの熱を用いて前記主燃料を含む予混合気を圧縮自着火燃焼させる燃焼制御部を備え、
前記燃焼制御部は、
前記1次補助燃料を含む予混合気によって形成される熱発生率パターンのピーク値及び燃焼初期における傾きが、前記2次補助燃料及び前記主燃料をそれぞれ含む各予混合気によって形成される各熱発生率パターンのピーク値及び燃焼初期における傾きよりも小さくなるように、前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射量及び目標噴射時期を設定する、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃焼制御部は、
前記1次補助燃料を含む予混合気の当量比が1未満になってから当該予混合気が最初に圧縮自着火燃焼するように、前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射量及び目標噴射時期を設定する、
請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃焼制御部は、
前記1次補助燃料を含む予混合気が圧縮自着火燃焼を開始した後、前記2次補助燃料を含む予混合気の当量比が1から2のときに当該2次補助燃料を含む予混合気が圧縮自着火燃焼するように、前記2次補助燃料の目標噴射量及び目標噴射時期を設定する、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 機関回転速度にかかわらず前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射時期から前記主燃料の自着火時期までの時間が、前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射量に応じた第1予混合時間となるように、前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射量と機関回転速度とに基づいて、前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射時期を設定する第1補助燃料噴射時期設定部をさらに備える、
請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃焼制御部は、
機関負荷に基づいて、総燃料噴射量を設定する総燃料噴射量設定部と、
前記総燃料噴射量から予め設定された前記主燃料の目標噴射量を減算した残りの噴射量を、前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射量と前記2次補助燃料の目標噴射量とに分配する分配部と、
をさらに備え、
前記総燃料噴射量設定部は、
機関負荷が高いときは、低いときに比べて前記総燃料噴射量を多くし、
前記分配部は、
機関負荷が高いときは、低いときに比べて前記残りの燃料量に対する前記1次補助燃料の目標噴射量の割合を高くする、
請求項4に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃焼制御部は、
機関回転速度にかかわらず前記2次補助燃料の目標噴射時期から前記主燃料の自着火時期までの時間が前記第1予混合時間よりも短い所定の第2予混合時間となるように、前記2次補助燃料の目標噴射量と機関回転速度とに基づいて、前記2次補助燃料の目標噴射時期を設定する第2補助燃料噴射時期設定部をさらに備える、
請求項4又は請求項5に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記1次補助燃料の噴射時期に相当するクランク角から前記2次燃料の噴射時期に相当するクランク角までの間隔は、前記2次燃料の噴射時期に相当するクランク角から前記主燃料の噴射時期に相当するクランク角までの間隔よりも大きい、
請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
