Description

The present invention relates to a package with a mount on which a product packaged with a film or the like and a mount are integrated.

The product may be displayed in a state where the product is fixed to the mount and the product and the mount are integrated. On the surface of the mount, the product name of the product fixed to the mount, the characteristics of the product, and the like are printed, and further various colors are applied.

Patent Document 1 describes a package in which a product packaged with a cylindrical shrink film is bonded and fixed to the surface of a mount. A cylindrical shrink film is stuck on the mount surface by an adhesive applied to the mount surface. A product is fixed to the surface of the mount through a cylindrical shrink film.

In order to improve the color of printing, the surface of the mount is generally coated with a paint. For this reason, it is difficult to secure a high adhesive strength on the surface of the mount compared to the back of the mount.

Patent Document 2 describes a package including a front sheet and a back sheet, in which a window portion is formed on the front sheet. A blister pack is fixed between the front sheet and the back sheet, and the storage convex part of the blister pack projects out of the window part. Since the blister pack can be fixed to the inside (rear surface) of the front sheet or the back sheet that does not require a paint coat, a relatively high adhesive strength can be secured.

However, when a product (projection of a blister pack) is protruded from a window formed on the front sheet, a product range hidden by the front sheet (window frame) is generated, making it difficult to confirm the outer shape of the product.

An object of the present invention is to provide a package with a mount that can greatly project a packaged product from a mount (product window).

A packaging body with a mount according to the present invention includes a front surface portion and a rear surface portion that are provided to face each other in the front-rear direction, and a product packaging body that is provided and fixed between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion and wraps a product. A product window having a shape corresponding to the product package in which the product is packaged and having a size that exposes at least a part of the product package to the outside. The projecting window is characterized in that a projecting portion that projects partially into the interior of the product window from the outline of the product package toward the inside of the product window.

The product packaging body covers the surface of the product and protects the product, and includes a blister pack having a film that adheres to the surface of the product and a convex portion that stores the product. The packaging body with the mount includes a front surface portion and a rear surface portion provided so as to face each other in the front-rear direction, and the product packaging body is provided and fixed between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion. Since the product packaging body can be fixed between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, that is, the back surface (inner surface) of the front surface portion or the back surface (inner surface) of the rear surface portion can be fixed, the front surface portion or the rear surface portion to which the paint is coated Compared with the case of fixing to the front surface (outer surface), the product package can be firmly fixed between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion.

In one embodiment, the front part and the rear part are connected via a fold line. The front surface portion and the rear surface portion may be connected to each other at the side edge portions, or the rear surface portion may be connected to the lower edge portion of the front surface portion. The mount is folded at the continuous edge portion (fold line) so that the back surface of the front surface portion and the back surface of the rear surface portion face each other. The product covered with the product packaging body and fixed between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion through the product packaging body is exposed to the outside of the product window through the product window opened in the front surface portion when the mount is folded.

According to the present invention, a product window having a shape corresponding to a product package in which products are packaged and having a size exposing at least a part of the product package is opened on the front portion. In addition, a protruding portion that protrudes inward from the outline of the product package toward the inside of the product window is connected to the window frame of the product window. Since the protruding part protrudes to the inside of the outline of the product packaging body, it will be caught once when the product packaging body is passed through the product window opened in the front part, but the protruding part will be in the window frame of the product window. Since it is partly connected, the rear surface can be pushed toward the side, and the pushed-out portion can be positioned on the back side of the product package. Since the protruding part is connected to the window frame (front part), the front part can be positioned on the back side of the product packaging body, so that the product packaging body projects greatly out of the product window opened in the front part. And maintain that state.

If the product packaged by the package with the mount is a soft container, the protruding portion can be brought to the back side of the product package by using a dent temporarily generated in the container.

In one embodiment, the lower edge of the product window is located at the lower edge of the front portion. The package body can be made to stand on its own using the bottom surface of the product protruding outward from the product window.

In another embodiment, a bottom surface portion is connected to the lower edge of the front surface portion and the lower edge of the rear surface portion. A package can be stably made to stand independently using a bottom face part.

In a preferred embodiment, a holding mechanism for holding the front portion and the rear portion facing each other is provided. The holding mechanism is achieved by using an adhesive, tape, or the like, or by engagement using an insertion piece.

(1) First embodiment (FIGS. 1 to 5)
The packaging body with a mount of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The package with mount of the first embodiment includes a mount 1A and a tubular shrink film 41. FIG. 1 shows a pattern (blank diagram, developed view) of the mount 1A together with a cylindrical shrink film 41 bonded to the mount 1A. FIG. 2 shows the manufacturing process of the package with mount. FIGS. 3 to 5 show a perspective view, a front view, and a right side view of the completed package with a mount as seen from the front (front side).

Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 shows a pattern of the mount 1 </ b> A from the back side (inner side).

The mount 1A is composed of a single cardboard. Cardboard, paperboard, milk carton paper, drawing paper, Kent paper, cardboard, etc. may be used instead of cardboard, so-called synthetic paper (laminated paper), composite paper, etc., in which various plastics are laminated (eg laminated on the surface) It may be used.

The mount 1A includes a rectangular front surface portion 10A, a bottom surface portion 30A, and a rear surface portion 20A that are connected in a vertical direction via folding lines L1 and L2. The front surface portion 10A and the rear surface portion 20A are long in the vertical direction, and the bottom surface portion 30A is long in the left-right direction. The fold lines L1 and L2 are formed to facilitate folding of the mount, and stamped lines or creased lines, half cuts, perforations, and the like are appropriately formed along the fold lines L1 and L2.

A vertically long product window 11A is opened on the front face 10A. The product window 11A has a lower edge (lower side) formed along the fold line L1. As will be described later, the product wrapped by the shrink film protrudes (exposes) to the front outer side of the front surface portion 10A through the product window 11A opened in the front surface portion 10A.

The product window 11A has a shape in which the front of the product to be packaged corresponds to the shape of the hook, preferably approximately the same, and the size of the product window also depends on the size of the product to be packaged. In addition, a portion that is smaller (narrower) than the size (outline) of the packaged product is created. In the first embodiment, a pair of protruding pieces 12A protruding toward the inside of the product window 11A is formed on the window frames on both upper sides of the product window 11A, and a part of the product window 11A is formed by the pair of protruding pieces 12A. The width is narrowed. The protruding piece 12A has a substantially triangular shape that tapers in the direction toward the inside of the product window 11A, and the opposite side (the base of the triangle) from the tapered tip is connected to the front surface portion 10A via the folding line L4. .

Further, the upper portion of the product window 11A is closed by a substantially trapezoidal roof portion 13 connected to the front surface portion 10A via a folding line L3 in the developed view shown in FIG. As will be described later, when the package is assembled, the roof portion 13 is pushed forward by the product passed through the product window 11A and used so as to cover the head (top) of the product.

A transparent or translucent cylindrical shrink film 41 is adhered to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A with an adhesive N. The cylindrical shrink film 41 is made of polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate, or other materials that cause heat shrinkage. A product is put in the cylindrical shrink film 41, and then heat is applied to the cylindrical shrink film 41 to cause thermal shrinkage, and the cylindrical shrink film 41 adheres to the product surface. Since the cylindrical shrink film 41 is bonded to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A by the adhesive N, the product is fixed to the mount 1A (the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A of the mount 1A) through the cylindrical shrink film 41. Become.

A bottom surface portion 30A is located between the front surface portion 10A and the rear surface portion 20A. Small leg protrusions 31 are formed at intervals between the front surface portion 10A and the bottom surface portion 30A by cutting. Small leg protrusions 32 are formed at the boundary between the rear surface portion 20A and the bottom surface portion 30A by cutting.

A circular hook hole 14 is formed in a frame portion above the product window 11A of the front surface portion 10A. The hook hole 14 is used for displaying a package with a mount in a store or the like using a hook.

With reference to FIG. 2, as described above, the adhesive N is applied to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A of the mount 1A, and the tubular shrink film 41 is adhered to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A by the adhesive N. The adhesive N is applied to a position corresponding to the product window 11A formed on the front face 10A when the front face 10A and the rear face 20A face each other. The product 50 is inserted into the cylindrical shrink film 41 bonded to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A of the mount 1A by the adhesive N. When the tubular shrink film 41 is heat-shrinked, the heat-shrinked tubular shrink film 41 is in close contact with the surface of the product 50, and almost the entire product 50 is covered with the tubular shrink film 41. The product 50 is fixed to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A through the cylindrical shrink film 41.

3-5, the mount 1A is folded along the fold lines L1 and L2, and the back surface of the front surface portion 10A and the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A face each other. The rear surface portion 20A is bent substantially at a right angle, and the front surface portion 10A is bent to an angle exceeding the right angle. A configuration is formed in which the rear surface portion 20A stands substantially vertically from the rear end of the bottom surface portion 30A, and the front surface portion 10A stands slightly obliquely rearward from the front end of the bottom surface portion 30A. A small leg protrusion 31 protrudes from the lower end of the front surface 10A, and a small protrusion 32 protrudes slightly from the lower end of the rear surface 20A. Since the space between the front surface portion 10A and the rear surface portion 20A increases toward the lower portion of the mount 1A, the packaging body can be stably made independent.

The product 50 covered with the tubular shrink film 41 and fixed to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20A in the middle of the front surface portion 10A and the rear surface portion 20A facing each other dives through the product window 11A opened in the front surface portion 10A. Projects out of 10A. The roof portion 13 at the upper end of the product window 11A is pushed by the product 50, is folded at the fold line L3, protrudes forward, and is placed on the head of the product 50.

As described above, a pair of protruding pieces 12A protruding toward the inside of the product window 11A is formed on both upper sides of the product window 11A, and the width of the product window 11A in the portion where the protruding piece 12A is formed is the product. It is narrower than 50 contours (maximum width). For this reason, when the product 50 is submerged in the product window 11 </ b> A, the protruding piece 12 </ b> A is pushed forward by the product 50. When the pair of protruding pieces 12A pushed forward are pushed in the direction of the rear surface portion 20A, the protruding pieces 12A sink into the back side of the product 50. The assembly of the package with a mount on which the product 50 shrink-wrapped on the mount 1A is fixed is completed.

Since the protruding piece 12A is continuous with the front surface portion 10A, the protruding piece 12A is inserted into the back side of the product 50 so that the protruding piece 12A is formed at the location where the protruding piece 12A is formed (the upper part of the product 50 in the first embodiment). The front part 10A can be positioned on the back side of the product 50, and almost the entire product 50 is located in front of the front part 10A. Therefore, the product 50 is protruded greatly forward from the product window 11A, and the state is maintained. be able to. The overall shape of the product 50 is easy to see and the display effect is enhanced. Moreover, since the back surface of the product 50 is clearly supported by the protruding piece 12A, the return of the product 50 to the inside of the package is also prevented. Further, since the protruding piece 12A is connected to the front surface portion 10A, the front surface portion 10A and the rear surface portion 20A are made to face each other even if they are not adhered by an adhesive or the like by being inserted into the back side of the product 50. The state can be maintained.

(2) Second embodiment (FIGS. 6 to 8)
FIGS. 6 to 8 show the second embodiment, and FIG. 6 shows the back surface of the mount 1B constituting the package with mount of the second embodiment together with the cylindrical shrink film 41 bonded to the mount 1B. Yes. FIG. 7: has shown the perspective view which looked at the package body with the mount of 2nd Example from the front. FIG. 8 is a rear view of the packaging body with the mount of the second embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 6, the mount 1B is different from the mount 1A of the first embodiment in that the bottom surface portion is not provided. The front surface portion 10B and the rear surface portion 20B are continuously provided in the vertical direction via the fold line L1. A product window 11B is formed on the front surface portion 10B, and a cylindrical shrink film 41 is adhered to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20B with an adhesive N.

Further, the mount 1B of the second embodiment has a protruding piece 12B directed into the product window 11B formed on the upper end window frame of the product window 11B opened in the front surface portion 10B, and the protruding piece 12B defines the product window 11B. The height is lower than the height of the product 51.

As in the first embodiment, the product 51 is inserted into the tubular shrink film 41 bonded to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20B with the adhesive N, and the tubular shrink film 41 is heated to apply heat to the tubular shrink film 41. Shrink. The heat-shrinkable tubular shrink film 41 is in close contact with the surface of the product 51, and almost the entire product 51 is covered with the tubular shrink film 41. The product 51 is fixed to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20B through the cylindrical shrink film 41.

7 and 8, the mount 1B is folded along the fold line L1, and the back surface of the front surface portion 10B and the back surface of the rear surface portion 20B face each other. In the middle of facing each other, the product 51 covered with the cylindrical shrink film 41 and fixed to the back surface of the rear surface portion 20B is buried in the product window 11B opened in the front surface portion 10B and protrudes out of the front surface portion 10B. Since the height of the product window 11B is made lower than the height of the product 51 by the protruding piece 12B, when the product 51 is hidden in the product window 11B, the protruding piece 12B is pushed forward by the product 51. The protruding piece 12B pushed forward is pushed in the direction of the rear surface portion 20B to reach the back side of the rear surface portion 20B. The protruding piece 12B is hung on the edge of the rear surface portion 20B, whereby the front surface portion 10B and the rear surface portion 20B are kept facing each other. The assembly of the package with a mount on which the product 51 shrink-wrapped on the mount 1B is fixed is completed. The protruding piece 12B may be positioned not on the back side of the rear surface portion 20B but on the back side of the product 51 (between the product 51 and the rear surface portion 20B).

In the second embodiment, since almost the entire product 51 is located in front of the front surface portion 10B, the shape of almost the entire product 51 can be confirmed, and the display effect is high. Also in the second embodiment, the front surface portion 10B and the rear surface portion 20B can be kept facing each other without bonding using an adhesive or the like.

(3) Third embodiment (FIGS. 9 and 10)
FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show the third embodiment, and FIG. 9 shows the back surface of the mount 1C constituting the package with mount of the third embodiment together with the cylindrical shrink film 41 bonded to the mount. . FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a packaging body with a mount of the fourth embodiment.

The mount 1C includes a front surface portion 10C located at the center, and first and second rear surface portions 20C1 and 20C2 connected to the left and right side edges thereof via folding lines L1 and L2, respectively. A product window 11C is opened on the front face 10C. A protruding piece 12C that narrows the width of a part of the product window 11C toward the inside of the product window 11C is formed on the left and right side edges of the upper part of the product window 11C continuously from the window frame (front surface portion 10C). The upper part of the product window 11C is opened slightly larger than the outline of the product 52 (front projection shape), but the lower part is opened slightly smaller than the outline of the product 52.

A cylindrical shrink film 41 is adhered to the back surface of the first rear surface portion 20C1 connected to the right edge of the front surface portion 10C by an adhesive N. The product 52 is placed inside the cylindrical shrink film 41, and then the cylindrical shrink film 41 is heated. The product 52 is fixed to the back surface of the first rear surface portion 20C1 through the cylindrical shrink film 41.

A circular hook hole 14 is formed in a frame portion above the product window 11C of the front surface portion 10C. Circular hook holes 26a and 26b are formed in the upper portions of the first and second rear surface portions 20C1 and 20C2, respectively. When the mount 1C is folded at the positions of the folding lines L1 and L2, these three hook holes 14 are formed. , 26a, 26b overlap.

The first rear surface portion 20C1 is folded along the fold line L1, and then the second rear surface portion 20C2 is folded along the fold line L2. The product 53 adhered to the back surface of the first rear surface portion 20C1 by the cylindrical shrink film 41 is hidden in the product window 11C of the front surface portion 10C.

An insertion piece 71 projects sideways from the side edge of the second rear surface portion 20C2 connected to the left edge of the front surface portion 10C, and the first rear surface portion 20C1 connected to the right edge of the front surface portion 10C includes A cut K1 for inserting the insertion piece 71 is formed. Engagement projecting pieces 71a and 71b extending in opposite directions are formed at both ends of the insertion piece 71, and the engagement projecting pieces 71a and 71b are folded back along the folding line L1 by being caught by the notch K1. It is possible to maintain a state where the first rear surface portion 20C1 and the second rear surface portion 20C2 folded back along the folding line L2 are overlapped with each other and face the front surface portion 10C.

When the product 52 is submerged in the product window 11C, the protruding piece 12C is pushed forward by the product 52. The protruding piece 12 </ b> C pushed forward is pushed in the direction of the first and second rear surface portions 20 </ b> C <b> 1 and 20 </ b> C <b> 2, and is brought into the back side of the product 52. In the place where the protruding piece 12C is formed, most of the product 52 is positioned in front of the front surface portion 10C, and the product 52 can be protruded greatly from the product window 11C.

Further, as described above, since the product window 11C is opened slightly smaller than the contour of the product 52 at the lower part, the amount of protrusion of the product 52 from the product window 11C decreases toward the lower part of the mount 1C. , The smaller the distance from the bottom of the mount 1C, the greater the gap between the front surface portion 10C and the first and second rear surface portions 20C1 and 20C2. Since the lower edge of the front surface portion 10C and the lower edges of the first and second rear surface portions 20C1 and 20C2 are greatly separated in the front-rear direction toward the lower portion, the packaging body with mount can be stably made independent.

(4) Fourth embodiment (FIGS. 11 to 14)
FIG. 11 to FIG. 14 show the fourth embodiment. FIG. 11 shows that the back surface of the mount 1D constituting the packaging body with the mount of the fourth embodiment is adhered to the back surface of the mount 1D with an adhesive N. The film 42 is shown. FIGS. 12, 13, and 14 show a perspective view, a front view, and a rear view of the packaging body with mount according to the fourth embodiment as seen from the front.

The mount 1D includes a vertically long rectangular front portion 10D with a product window 11D, a first rear surface portion 20D1 connected to the upper edge of the front surface portion 10D via a fold line L1, and a lower edge of the front surface portion 10D. A second rear surface portion 20D2 continuously provided via a fold line L2, and fold pieces 15L extending in opposite directions to each other on the left and right side edges of the front surface portion 10D via fold lines L3 and L4. 15R.

Both side edges of the product window 11D opened in the front surface portion 10D are slightly curved and projecting into the product window 11D, thereby narrowing the width of the product window 11D. A portion that narrows the width of the product window 11D is referred to as a protruding portion 12D. In the developed view shown in FIG. 11, the lower part of the product window 11D is closed by a pair of leg pieces 33 connected to the front face part 10D via a folding line L7. As will be described later, when the package is assembled, the pair of leg pieces 33 are pushed forward by the product. The lower edge (lower side) of the product window 11D is along the folding line L2 (lower edge of the front surface portion 10D).

A circular hook hole 26 is formed in a first rear surface portion 20D1 that is connected to the upper edge of the front surface portion 10D via a folding line L1. The hook hole 26 is opened at a position overlapping the hook hole 14 formed in the front surface portion 10D when the first rear surface portion 20C1 is folded at the fold line L1.

An insertion piece 27 is connected to the upper end of the first rear surface portion 20D1 via an arc-shaped perforation K1. The insertion piece 27 is inserted inside a second rear surface portion 20D2 described later, and is used to hold the folded state of the first rear surface portion 20D1. Engaging protrusions 27a extending in opposite directions are formed at both ends of the insertion piece 27 for engagement when inserted into the second rear surface portion 20D2.

Reinforcing pieces 25L extending in opposite directions through fold lines L5 and L6 to both side edges of the second rear surface part 20D2 connected to the lower edge of the front surface part 10D via the fold line L2 and close to the fold line L2. , 25R are provided. Further, two perforations K2 are formed in the second rear surface portion 20D2 in a vertical direction with a gap therebetween, and the second rear surface portion 20D2 is easily curved.

Unlike the first, second, and third embodiments described above, in the fourth embodiment, not a cylindrical shrink film 41 but a flat film 42 is attached to the back surface of the mount 1D with an adhesive N. The entire product window 11D opened in the front surface portion 10D is covered with a planar film 42. The upper portion of the flat film 42 is bonded to the frame portion above the product window 11D of the front surface portion 10D, the left and right side portions are bonded to the left and right folded pieces 15L and 15R, and the lower portion is bonded to the second rear surface portion 20D2. And it adhere | attaches on the reinforcement pieces 25L and 25R of the both sides. By extending the planar film 42 so as to straddle the fold lines L2, L3, L4 to the left and right folded pieces 15L, 15R and the second rear surface portion 20C2 and the reinforcing pieces 25L, 25R on both sides thereof. When the left and right folded pieces 15L and 15R and the second rear surface portion 20D2 are folded back, the flat film 42 can have a margin for covering the product protruding outward from the product window 11D.

The product 53 is arranged at the position of the product window 11D on the back surface of the front surface portion 10D. The left and right folded pieces 15L and 15R are folded back along the fold lines L3 and L4, and the left and right reinforcing pieces 25L and 25R are folded back along the fold lines L5 and L6. Fold 20D2. The left and right folded pieces 15L, 15R and the reinforcing pieces 25L, 25R and the second rear surface portion 20D2 overlap each other, and the overlapping portions are appropriately bonded with an adhesive (not shown). Of course, it is also possible to first form an envelope with an opening at the top and insert the product 53 from the top opening.

When the left and right folded pieces 15 and 15R and the second rear surface portion 20D2 are folded back, or when the product 53 is put in the envelope, the product 53 divides through the product window 11D and protrudes out of the front surface portion 10D. . The flat film 42 attached so as to cover the product window 11D is firmly attached to the front surface of the product 53, and the portion protruding outward from the product window 11D is covered with the flat film 42. Further, by being pushed by the product 53, the pair of leg pieces 33 that closed the lower part of the product window 11D are pushed forward. The package can be made independent by the leg piece 33.

When the product 53 is hidden in the product window 11D, the protruding portions 12D on both sides of the product window 11D are pushed forward by the product 53. By pushing the protruding portion 12D pushed forward, the protruding portion 12D is hidden behind the product 53. Finally, the first rear surface portion 20D1 connected to the upper edge of the front surface portion 10D is folded back, and the insertion piece 27 is inserted into the back side of the second rear surface portion 20D2 (see FIG. 14). The assembly of the packaging body with a mount on which the product 53 film-wrapped on the mount 1D is fixed is completed. By causing the protruding portion 12D to be hidden behind the product 53, the product 53 can be protruded greatly in front of the front surface portion 10D, and the entire product 53 can be easily confirmed.
