Abstract
【解決手段】平均粒径が1μmよりも大きく、かつ、10μm以下であるセラミックスまたは金属の微粒子と、液状の熱硬化性樹脂とを混合することにより、微粒子が均一に分散した混合物が得られる(ステップS11)。混合物は加熱により硬化され(ステップS12)、硬化物は、微粒子よりも粒径が大きい粒子に粉砕される(ステップS13)。これにより、プラズマ溶射、フレーム溶射またはレーザ溶射において、緻密な被膜を形成することが可能な溶射材料が得られる。

Claims (8)
- プラズマ溶射、フレーム溶射またはレーザ溶射に用いられる溶射材料の製造方法であって、
a)セラミックスまたは金属の微粒子を液状の樹脂中に分散させる工程と、
b)前記a)工程で得られた混合物を硬化させる工程と、
c)前記b)工程で得られた硬化物を、前記微粒子よりも粒径が大きい粒子に粉砕して溶射材料を得る工程と、
を備え、
前記微粒子の平均粒径が、1μmよりも大きく、かつ、10μm以下であることを特徴とする溶射材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の溶射材料の製造方法であって、
前記微粒子の平均粒径が、2μm以上、かつ、7μm以下であることを特徴とする溶射材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の溶射材料の製造方法であって、
前記混合物における前記微粒子の体積比率が、45%以上かつ75%以下であることを特徴とする溶射材料の製造方法。 - プラズマ溶射、フレーム溶射またはレーザ溶射に用いられる溶射材料であって、
平均粒径が1μmよりも大きく、かつ、10μm以下であるセラミックスまたは金属の微粒子と、前記微粒子間に存在する樹脂とにより形成された粒子であることを特徴とする溶射材料。 - 請求項4に記載の溶射材料であって、
前記微粒子の体積比率が、45%以上かつ75%以下であることを特徴とする溶射材料。 - 溶射方法であって、
d)請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にて製造された溶射材料を準備する工程と、
e)前記溶射材料を用いてプラズマ溶射、フレーム溶射またはレーザ溶射を行うことにより、加熱された前記微粒子を基材上にて結合させて被膜を形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする溶射方法。 - 請求項6に記載の溶射方法であって、
前記e)工程においてフレーム溶射が行われ、前記溶射材料の加熱温度が、前記微粒子の融点よりも低いことを特徴とする溶射方法。 - 請求項6または7に記載の溶射方法により、基材上に被膜が形成されたことを特徴とする溶射製品。
