Abstract
【解決手段】ECU100は、エンジン10と、高電圧補機40に対して発電電力を供給する回転電機20と、を備え、エンジン10の出力トルクにより、車両の走行が行われるとともに、回転電機20の発電が行われる車載システムに用いられる。ECU100は、高電圧補機40の給電要求に基づいてエンジン10の出力トルクを制御するトルク制御部101を備える。また、ECU100は、給電要求に基づいて出力トルクが増加される場合に、その出力トルクの増加が行われる場合の当初期間において発電電力を制限しつつ出力トルクによる回転電機20の発電を行わせる発電制御部103を備える。

Description
エンジン10は、排気装置11と接続されている。排気装置11は、排気マニホールド12と、浄化装置としての触媒装置13を有している。排気マニホールド12は、エンジン10に取り付けられ、エンジン10のシリンダ(気筒)から排出される排気ガスを集合させる。触媒装置13は、排気マニホールド12の下流側で、当該排気マニホールド12に取り付けられている。触媒装置13は、装置内部に設けられた触媒によって排気ガスを浄化する。
回転電機20は、例えば、3相交流モータとインバータとを有するモータ機能付き発電機であり、機電一体型のISG(Integrated Starter Generator)として構成されている。回転電機20は、エンジン10のクランク軸(出力軸)や車軸の回転により発電(回生発電)を行う発電機能と、クランク軸に駆動力(回転力)を付与する力行機能とを備えている。なお、回転電機20に代えて、例えば、オルタネータ等、力行機能を備えていない発電機を採用してもよい。
リチウムイオン蓄電池30は、回転電機20と接続されている。また、リチウムイオン蓄電池30は、DC/DCコンバータ31aを介して鉛蓄電池31が接続されている。これら各蓄電池30,31の定格電圧は異なり、例えば、リチウムイオン蓄電池30の方が高電圧(48V)であり、鉛蓄電池31の方が、低電圧(12V)である。また、各蓄電池30,31に対しては回転電機20による充電が可能となっている。
高電圧補機40は、回転電機20及びリチウムイオン蓄電池30から電力が供給される電気負荷である。高電圧補機40は、車両1に搭載された電装機器であり、例えば、空調装置等である。高電圧補機40は、複数備えられている。
ECU100は、CPUと、記憶部としてのメモリとを備え、メモリに格納されたプログラムをCPUにて実行することにより、ECU100が備える各種機能が実現される。なお、各種機能は、ハードウェアである電子回路によって実現されてもよく、あるいは、少なくとも一部をソフトウェア、すなわちコンピュータ上で実行される処理によって実現されてもよい。また、例えば、機能ごと、あるいは制御対象ごとに、あるいは処理ごとに、ECUを複数備えてもよい。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されず、例えば以下のように実施してもよい。なお、以下では、各実施形態で互いに同一又は均等である部分には同一符号を付しており、同一符号の部分についてはその説明を援用する。
Claims (12)
- 内燃機関(10)と、電気負荷(40)に対して発電電力を供給する発電機(20)とを備え、前記内燃機関の出力トルクにより、車両の走行が行われるとともに、前記発電機の発電が行われる車載システムに用いられる制御装置(100)において、
前記電気負荷の給電要求に基づいて前記内燃機関の出力トルクを制御するトルク制御部(101)と、
前記給電要求に基づいて前記出力トルクが増加される場合に、その出力トルクの増加が行われる場合の当初期間において発電電力を制限しつつ前記出力トルクによる前記発電機の発電を行わせる発電制御部(103)と、を備える制御装置。 - 前記発電制御部は、前記当初期間において、前記発電機の発電効率の増加に伴う発電電力の増加を制限する一方、前記当初期間の終了後、前記発電機の発電効率を大きくして発電電力を増加させる請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記発電制御部は、前記当初期間において、前記出力トルクの増加量に応じて、前記発電機の発電効率を低下させる請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記給電要求に基づき前記内燃機関に指示される前記出力トルクの指示増加量と、前記当初期間の開始後、前記内燃機関の前記出力トルクの実増加量との比較に基づき、前記当初期間の終了を判定する判定部を備えた請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記給電要求に基づき前記発電電力を増加させた場合において所定の出力トルクが確保されるか否かを判定し、その判定結果に基づき、前記当初期間の終了を判定する請求項4に記載の制御装置。
- 前記給電要求に基づいて前記電気負荷に前記発電機から前記発電電力を供給させるか否かを制御する給電制御部(104)を備え、
前記給電制御部は、前記当初期間中、前記電気負荷に前記発電電力を供給させることを制限する請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記電気負荷が複数設けられ、複数の前記電気負荷ごとに前記発電電力を供給させるか否かを制御する給電制御部(104)を備え、
前記給電制御部は、前記発電機の発電電力をいずれかの前記電気負荷に対して供給させている間に、新たな電気負荷から前記給電要求がされた場合、前記当初期間中、当該新たな前記電気負荷に前記発電電力を供給させることを制限する請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記給電制御部は、前記当初期間中、当該当初期間の開始前から前記発電電力が供給されている前記電気負荷の印加電圧が所定の判定値以上となった場合、前記新たな電気負荷へ前記発電電力を供給させる請求項7に記載の制御装置。
- 前記発電制御部は、前記当初期間中、当該当初期間の開始前から前記発電電力が供給されている前記電気負荷の印加電圧が所定の判定値以上となった場合、前記新たな給電要求に基づき発電効率を大きくして前記発電電力を増加させる請求項8に記載の制御装置。
- 前記車載システムには、前記発電機からの発電電力を蓄える蓄電池(30)が設けられ、
前記発電制御部は、前記蓄電池の利用が制限されている場合、前記発電機に発電を実行させる請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記車載システムには、前記内燃機関の排気を浄化する浄化装置(13)が設けられ、
前記発電制御部は、前記浄化装置の暖機を行うために前記内燃機関が運転中である場合であって、前記給電要求が行われた場合に、前記当初期間において、前記発電電力を制限しつつ前記出力トルクによる前記発電機の発電を行わせる請求項1〜10のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置(100)と、
内燃機関(10)と、
