Claims (20)

前記複数の画素のうち、少なくとも1つの画素は、
画素電極、有機発光層及び対向電極を具備する有機発光素子と、
前記画素電極のエッジを覆い、前記画素電極の一部を露出させる開口部を有することで発光領域を画定する画素定義膜と、
前記画素電極に、絶縁層を挟んで重ねられて配置され、第1方向に沿って延長された基準配線と、を含み、
前記基準配線は、前記開口部の中心点CPと重なるように配置され、
前記開口部は、前記第1方向と垂直である第2方向に沿って、前記画素電極の一側に偏って配置された有機発光表示装置。 - 前記開口部と重なるように配置され、前記基準配線と同一の層に配置され、前記基準配線の一側に配置された配線の数は、前記基準配線の他側に配置された配線の数と同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。

- 前記複数の第1画素の前記第1開口部には、前記第1基準配線だけが配置され、
前記複数の第2画素の前記第2開口部には、前記第2基準配線の両側に、それぞれ第1追加配線及び第2追加配線が、配置されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記複数の第2画素のうち、少なくとも1つの画素は、
第2画素電極、第2有機発光層及び第2対向電極を具備する第2有機発光素子と、
前記第2画素電極のエッジを覆い、前記第2画素電極の一部を露出させる第2開口部を有して発光領域を画定する第2画素定義膜と、を含み、
前記第2開口部は、前記第1方向と垂直である第2方向に沿って、前記第2画素電極の一側に偏って配置されるのであり、前記第2開口部が前記第2画素電極の一側に偏った程度は、前記複数の第2画素のそれぞれの位置によって異なることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2開口部が前記第2画素電極の一側に偏った程度は、前記複数の第2画素が、それぞれ第2方向に沿って配置された位置によって、漸進的に変化することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の第3画素のうち、少なくとも1つの画素は、
第3画素電極、第3有機発光層及び第3対向電極を具備する第3有機発光素子と、
前記第3画素電極のエッジを覆い、前記第3画素電極の一部を露出させる第3開口部を有することで発光領域を画定する第3画素定義膜と、を含み、
前記第3開口部は、前記第1方向と垂直である第2方向に沿って、前記第3画素電極の一側に偏って配置されるのであり、前記第3開口部が前記第3画素電極の一側に偏った程度は、前記複数の第3画素のそれぞれの位置によって異なることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記複数の第2画素は、赤色を具現し、前記複数の第3画素は、青色を具現することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数画素それぞれは、基板上に具備され、駆動ゲート電極を含む駆動薄膜トランジスタをさらに含み、
前記第1画素電極の少なくとも一部は、前記駆動ゲート電極と重なるようにて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記複数画素の各画素は、
前記駆動薄膜トランジスタと重なるように配置され、第1電極及び第2電極を具備するストレージキャパシタをさらに含み、
前記第1電極は、前記駆動ゲート電極と一体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記駆動薄膜トランジスタは、前記駆動ゲート電極の下方に具備され、第1ゲート絶縁膜によって絶縁される駆動半導体層を含み、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間には、第2ゲート絶縁膜が具備されたことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の有機発光表示装置。
