(3)本実施形態の雄端子10では、3つの舌片部32の先端部は互いに接触していることとしていたが、先端部は互いに接触していなくても良い。

前後方向に延びる円筒状の雄側本体部と、前記雄側本体部の前端部から前方に突出する球状部と、を備える雄端子であって、
前記球状部は、前記雄側本体部の前記前端部から前方に向けて突出する複数の舌片部から構成され、複数の前記舌片部は、先端に向けて細くされ、内方に向けて球形状に湾曲されており、
隣り合う一対の前記舌片部の間のスリット部は、前記球状部内に収まっている雄端子。
