[2]本発明に係る一態様の車両用灯具システムは、上記の制御装置と当該制御装置によって制御される車両用灯具を備える、車両用灯具システムである。

Claims (7)
- 車両のピッチ方向の姿勢変化に応じて車両用灯具の光軸を可変に制御するための制御装置であって、
第1加速度センサによって検出される車両の前後方向及び上下方向の各々に対応付けられた第1加速度に基づいて、当該第1加速度センサの動作異常の有無を判定するセンサ異常判定部と、
前記センサ異常判定部により前記第1加速度センサの動作異常がないと判定された場合には前記第1加速度を用いて前記車両の姿勢角度を求め、前記センサ異常判定部により前記第1加速度センサの動作異常があると判定された場合には前記車両の当該第1加速度センサとは異なる位置に設けた第2加速度センサにより検出される第2加速度を用いて前記車両の姿勢角度を求める角度算出部と、
前記角度算出部により求められた前記車両の姿勢角度に基づいて前記車両用灯具の光軸を制御するための制御信号を生成して当該車両用灯具へ供給する光軸設定部と、
を含む、車両用灯具の制御装置。 - 前記角度算出部は、前記センサ異常判定部により前記第1加速度センサの動作異常があると判定された場合には前記第2加速度と前記第1加速度を用いて前記車両の姿勢角度を求める、
請求項1に記載の車両用灯具の制御装置。 - 前記第2加速度センサは、前記車両における前記車両用灯具の光軸の制御とは異なる制御のためのものである、
請求項1又は2に記載の車両用灯具の制御装置。 - 前記第1加速度センサは、前記第2加速度センサよりも相対的に前記車両の中央に近い側に配置される、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車両用灯具の制御装置。 - 前記センサ異常判定部は、前記第1加速度に基づいて算出される重力加速度の値と重力加速度の実際値との差異が所定値以上となった場合に、前記第1加速度センサの動作異常があると判定する、
請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の車両用灯具の制御装置。 - 前記車両の現在位置に応じて、前記センサ異常判定部で用いられる前記重力加速度の実際値を可変に設定する基準値設定部を更に備える、
請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の車両用灯具の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の制御装置と当該制御装置によって制御される車両用灯具を備える、車両用灯具システム。
