Abstract
Description
(1)上述した実施形態では、非回転電流指令として、モーア用モータ130a,130b,130cに供給される電流のq軸電流成分がゼロとなるような電流指令が採用されていた。しかしながら、このような被回転電流指令以外の、ベクトル制御よってモータが回転しないような磁束を発生させるような電流指令を用いてもよい。

Claims (5)
- バッテリと、
複数のモータを有する電動モータユニットと、
インバータと、
前記インバータを制御することによって、前記バッテリからの電力を調整して前記電動モータユニットに供給するモータ制御ユニットと、
前記バッテリの充電及び放電を制御する充電制御部と、
前記バッテリの充電率を含む前記バッテリの状態を検出するバッテリ状態検出器と、
回生電力の発生を検出する回生電力検出器と、
を備えた電動作業車において、
前記モータ制御ユニットは、前記充電率が過充電領域と充放電領域との間に設定されたマージン領域にあって、かつ前記回生電力が発生した場合、前記回生電力を停止中のモータに供給するとともに、ベクトル制御よってモータが回転しないような磁束を発生させる非回転電流指令を前記インバータに与える電動作業車。 - 前記電動モータユニットは、駆動輪を駆動する走行用電動モータと、作業装置を駆動する作業用電動モータとを含み、
前記モータ制御ユニットは、前記充電率が前記マージン領域にある時に前記走行用電動モータに回生電力が発生し、さらに前記作業用電動モータが駆動している場合には、前記インバータを介して前記回生電力を前記作業用電動モータに供給し、かつ
前記モータ制御ユニットは、前記充電率が前記マージン領域にある時に前記走行用電動モータに回生電力が発生し、さらに前記作業用電動モータが駆動していない場合には、前記インバータを介して前記回生電力を前記作業用電動モータに供給するとともに、前記非回転電流指令を前記インバータに与える請求項1に記載の電動作業車。 - 前記作業装置がモーアユニットであり、前記走行用電動モータが、それぞれ独立して駆動制御される、左後車輪を駆動する左車輪モータと右後車輪を駆動する右車輪モータであり、前記作業用電動モータが、前記モーアユニットのブレードを駆動するモーア用モータである請求項2に記載の電動作業車。
- 前記電動モータユニットは、駆動輪を駆動する走行用電動モータと、作業装置を駆動する作業用電動モータとを含み、
前記モータ制御ユニットは、前記充電率が前記マージン領域にある時に前記作業用電動モータに回生電力が発生し、さらに前記走行用電動モータが駆動している場合には、前記回生電力を前記走行用電動モータに供給する回生電力消費指令を前記インバータに与え、かつ
前記モータ制御ユニットは、前記充電率が前記マージン領域にある時に前記作業用電動モータに回生電力が発生するとともに前記走行用電動モータが駆動していない場合には、前記インバータを介して前記回生電力を前記走行用電動モータに供給するとともに、前記非回転電流指令を前記インバータに与える請求項1または2に記載の電動作業車。 - 前記非回転電流指令は、前記走行用電動モータを流れるq軸電流をゼロとする電流指令である請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車。
